Must be annoying for Indians. MI fluked into the top 4 last season thanks to a freak performance but are now getting exposed for the crap team that they are. Pretty certain HS, RR and RCB all would have fared better.

ND can pose a serious threats to the big fish with their bowling attack and the batting isn't too shabby either.
 
I can't understand the hate for MI here any indian want to explain? I mean i am still waiting for a single comment in favor of MI from last few days but everyone is against them!
 
Lets all take a moment to laugh at mumbai...HAHAHAHAHAHA my friend who's a big mumbai fan wont be happy right now :p. loving it, mumbai are such a poor team they shouldnt of even been allowed to play in the qualifiers.

I am rooting for Punjab X1 and CSK. I want Raina to succeed.
 
Yeah, and still 3 part-timer overs left. Pollard could easily get them to 120+
NK need to stay on the attack and finish them asap

They are annoying.

Their players (Pollard, Munaf, Bhajji) are annoying. Their behavior on the field was horrible (unbearable 2 seasons back). They would end up irritating everyone.

Too much hype for them.

In reality, you just need one reason to not like a team. After that, you search for reasons to justify your dislike.

Same case here.
 
We all hate them WebGuru, for me they have an annoying style; have unlikeable characters like Pollard, play negative defensive cricket. All the players are mediocrities who are over-rated; everything about the club is annoying especially the way they seem to luck out in big matches. I also suspect some may dislike the mega-bucks connections.
 
Lol @ both of us trying to describe it at the same time and using the word 'annoying' and not finding the best way to explain why we hate them.
 
Well good luck to LL, I think MI have thrown this away...NK look like a great team.

Oh i see thanks for explaining it brothers. I agree with you on this annoying part most of their players are annoying and if i am not wrong MI spend more thn any other franchise in IPL? and they spent million on their ads too. From last few days i am watching MI ad on every indian channel even though they are not in main round.

I dealt with some Mumbaikers before and they think they are superior to everyone. Very annoying behaviour and thinking that they are the best in India.

The only person I love from Mumbai is :sachin Rest are all arrogant ******. Love to see their faces when MI lose.
 
I'm happy that Lahore Lions are going through, makes the tournament a bit more interesting for me.

What about the attitude of people from Bangalore? Are they different? I personally think they are the most successful people in India. (not talking about money)

These are all broad stereotypes, but on the contrary Bangalore people are usually really chilled out and cool guys. I have many friends from Mumbai who are really nice, pleasant people, but a lot of Mumbaikars are really really proud of their city to an extreme.

Most Bangaloreans are all friendly except for a few. That s to be expected.

Mumbaikers thik they live in the best city in India when in reality its a total dump. Bangalore, Hyderabad are much better.
 
If I were Indian, I'd have loved be Mumbai boy and try my luck in Bollywood. :sachin

Now you are going overboard mate. I have stayed in all the three you have mentioned and each one has some advantages than the others. BTW If you are rich and famous, no city in India even comes close to Mumbai

Yes. Mumbai is livable if you are rich and famous. Otherwise, it is unbearable.

Thanks for the information brother i personally had experience of meeting Delhi, Lucknow and Amritsar people they are really cool. Lucknow waalon ki Urdu or Ikhlaak ki to kya he baat hai...
 
Now I want Mumbai to score around 130 and lose.

That will give Pak fans some scares. But are MI good enough to score that many?

Have spent quite a bit of time in all the Indian metros (Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Calcutta, Delhi). Gotta say Mumbai was the only one I categorically disliked.

To an extent true. But the thing with Mumbai is anyone who comes and settles here, becomes a part of the Mumbaiyya culture. Nobody goes unemployed. Some way or the other, you will have the money keep flowing in ::yk
If it is as bad as you are making it out to be, why is it the most populous city in India and still people keep flocking in ??
