Indian management- BCCI are known for never listening to fans, the only time I think they listened to fans was after 2007 Greg Chappel saga.

PCB are known for inconsistency, even Harsha Bhogle said the same they just keep changing between Zaka and Sethi with one another person i ln the middle.

Jadeja did nothing in final, Kohli was just playing second fiddle to Axar and Dube. So sometimes you do need to be a bit patient but not necessarily as stubborn as India

Kohli is an ATG a good innings was inevitable. Jadeja is a better all rounder in all formats than Pakistan has had since 1992.

Consistency in selection and having a decent Test team are the main factors. Indian t20 team has World class players Kohli Jadeja Bumrah Rohit Sharma
Australia has Cummins Starc Hazlewood Head etc

As an all-rounder yes. Tests WClass spinner and avg 35 with the bat. His fielding also makes him essential.

All rounder is the key word. You can't argue much when you look at it like that. Won 2 ICC trophies and been utterly dominant in home Tests.

Wasim Akram wasn't an allrounder, just a bowler who could bat a bit, like Ravi Ashwin

Razzaq played 40 odd test matches, he wasn't successful in the longest format

Nope still Razzaq is better, single handedly won Pakistan matches against team like South Africa, Sri Lanka etc after team's collapse. Played great role in T20 WC 2009 triumph. On the other hand, Jadeja was awful in all the ICC tournaments except 2013. His innings against NZ ended in failure where he should have been a bit patient

More then flat pitches, PCB behind the scene drama, stats padding culture , Saya corporation dosti yaari I think the main thing that’s holding Pakistan back is the pace bowlers lack of intent in red ball cricket .
In 2019-20 we had 3 genuine pace prospects in Naseem , Shaheen and Hasnain who were all different and all capable of going 145+ we should have been set for a decade had they been developed properly yet we wasted them . In stead of preserving them we allowed them to be unregulated and turn in to mercenary for random low quality T 20 leagues with the result They are not fit to come back and bowl second and third spells in a 90 overs day . With T 20 leagues it’s imperative that fast bowlers are managed carefully as pace bowling is a tough job and just 4 over spells are seen as an easy option for a lot of these quick pacers to earn easier money

Now we have another decent crop of next generation pacers coming in with Ali Raza, Ubaid Shah , Jahandad it’s important we don’t mess it up let them develop by playing 2-3 seasons of red ball cricket and ensuring they are not turning in to useless mercenaries in meaningless T 20 leagues while a first class season is ongoing
