Could Pakistan utilize Imam-ul-Haq at the number 5 position in Test cricket?

With hurraira scoring a ton of runs opening domestically we should try to integrate him into the team. Also even though imam has only played one game at number 5, he seems to have a decent game against spin and is used to playing the new ball in case Pakistan ever get to a stage where the opposition need the second new ball. So could he bat at number 5?
The other option is play hurraira at 5 as many say he is the best player of spin in Pakistan?

Abdullah
Hurraira (imam)
Babar
Saud
Imam (hurraira)
Kamran ghulam
Rizwan
Naseem
Shaheen

Not a bad option. Imam is usually a slow starter against the new ball but he looked comfortable against the older ball. The middle order could do with a left hander

May not be a bad idea. However for short term, like just 3rd test I would pick Shan over Salman unless he comes up with a match winning performance tomorrow as we don't need another all rounder or right hander. Clearly we saw their reverse swing from right armors and left arm spin was much less effective against lefties. So let's pack the lineup with lefties. If only Haris Sohail was also fit and firing.

Also we should pick sarfraz over Rizwan for final test. He plays spin much better and Rizwan seems to be having a slump, and could do with a break for long term fitness.

This is our best possible team available from in current times, and this is no world beater Team but can beat any team at home and will be no pushover away from home, in away test we can have Hasnain as third steamer or anyone else in good form and on merit, historically we have always struggled with our lack of batting, so We have to go with 6 proper batters and 4 bowlers with Rizu. We can replace shan with Imam on bouncier away pitches. We have good enough players but our selectors always under sell us. And biggest thing is we must get rid of Babar captaincy and make Abdullah Shafiq Voice captain for next two year and till than Rizu captain. Ageee with these suggestions guys?

Abdullah and Rizwan are softies with clear technical issues. They need to be dropped ASAP

Been saying for a long time Imam is best suited at no.3 or 4 .. who is also capable of playing the long inns...

Azhar can open, but his time is gone now.. they should go with Usman Salahuddin or Hurraira instead at the opening slot...

If im not wrong Imam was playing at no.3 prior to his intl debut and scored enough runs in the domestic and under 19 i believe..

Yes I think it's worth a try as I don't see him long term option in the opening slot in SENA.
