Javed - played for Sussex before debuting against NZ. But, he did play in 1975 WC.
Akram played 1st FC match for PAK A against NZ & his 3rd FC match was a Test match. There could be few more.

Both Hussey brothers. Rogers. Voges. Di Venuto. White. Khawaja. Cosgrove. Maher. Possibly Katich and Lehmann, not sure when they started at county cricket
