What's new

David Warner 151* as Australia pile on 312/1 at Stumps on Day 2 against Pakistan at the Gabba

Anybody noticed the difference our openers just blocked n blocked they actually are looking for runs

So annoyed with Misbah’s selection right now. Abbas wouldn’t do this

Abbas just recently got smashed by 2nd grade English county batsmen.

On green mambas, the only place where his bowling works.

And before that, smashed all over the ground in SA. And he bowls 120s kph.

Some PPers need to stop living in a fantasy world where Abbas is the next McGrath.

Decent pace from Imran and finding better lengths as well

He’s been riding his name for too long. Needs to be called out

Wasim and Rameez just turn up on the match day without any preps. They know nothing about the players and it’s quite embarrassing.

I'm nervous.

It's 21 runs on the board, new ball, and the ball itself isn't doing much.

What will Warner do to our bowlers?

Abbas would have done nothing ..even less pace maybe he might have been economical

Lack of accuracy is part and parcel of inexperience. Shaheen and Naseem will get better with time

Imran needs to be careful of his front foot. Could be punished.

Need to hit the pitch a bit harder though its not the natural style of Shaheen

I am just waiting for Naseem to bowl before I go back to bed.

I mentioned this during the tour match.

The Australian commentators were incredibly well-prepared and knew so much about the team. Even stuff we didn't know as fans.

In comparison, Pakistani commentators aren't even close to being on the same level.

Yeah this is all wrong. He has better control over length. Keeps it tight at least. This is a rubbish opening spell

The one advantage of this rubbish display is Abbas will definitely come into the next game, which we have a much higher chance of winning

what a terrible over.

We somehow always do whatever we can to minimize winning.

Misbah's great idea of selecting a terribly out of form Haris Sohail and dropping Abbas. What a genius.

Warner averages 60 in Gabba, his wicket is really critical

Livid at these selections. I mean coaches get it wrong every now and then, but Misbah’s selections are guaranteed match losers

Good to see you back after two of your favorites failed miserably yesterday. One is already out of the team and got shown his real place by Misbah. :))

Misbah will soon be shown his true place but that will at the expense of all the good work done in last few years. PCB wanted a yes man and there is none better than Misbah.

And not good to see that you keep check when and what i post. Not good for your health ;)

I guess people who doubted Naseem’s pace can see his first ball at 145 kph. Heard numerous theories without any facts

Now 147 kph. People were saying he was 135kph tp 140kph :ifti

Naseem with the quickest ball of the test as well

No other selector would have taken a teenager to an Aus tour. And dropped Sarfraz. And Malik.

Salute!

:salute

Thanks for selecting Naseem.

Yes, "Misbah will be shown his place." Keep dreaming, buddy. He is here to stay and there's nothing you can do about it other than cry like a little baby in a corner.

No other selector would have dropped a guy averaging 18 in test cricket for a clown who can't hit the same length twice in an over

Thing is, his favorite Sarfraz would still have preferred oldies.

Naseem and a young team is playing only because of Misbah. Glad Sarf got kicked.
