Started watching this series.

Based on the Delhi gang rape case, this crime drama follows the Delhi Police investigation into the finding of the men who perpetrated the crime.

Tough to watch at times, but very interesting at the same time.

Anyone watched it? Thoughts?

Not watched it but I dont think I will have the mental strength to follow it if it focuses on rapes.

I tend to avoid such depressing subjects.

This specific type of series are not my cup of tea. But i like Murder mysteries in general.

I’m not on Netflix. So you just sign up, pay monthly and access unlimited movies/dramas?

Wouldn't say unlimited. The no. of movies are pretty limited but Netflix is more of a tv series broadcaster than a film broadcaster.

In 90s when I was growning up, rape scenes were a selling point in Indian movies. I stopped watching Indian movies around 2002 because I simply did not have the stamina and time to go through a 3 hour marathon. I thought american movies even though they can be crap too but from point of time wastage they are still more bearable. However, I really liked to see CID show on Sony TV.

Humans are messed up.

The content is limited but access is unlimited. Go with 4 people. Cheaper that way.

Yes watched all of it.

Found it to be ok but did keep my interest going (slept through only 10 mins of it)

Some bits were needlessly explicit (in dialogue) and also bit surprised at some of the language being used in Indian households - surely this was an exaggeration?

The language was crude as it helps sell the show. That was the masala on top.

Watched the series. I don’t agree with all of it as it unnecessarily creates a picture of the country based on the law and order situation in a part of the country. At the same time I believe these are needed to accelerate the changes in our society where masochist attitudes are tolerated.

Think Netflix needs to do a better job highlighting that only a part of the show is real and most of it is fiction

Finished watching this and thought it was excellent.

The acting by and large was great.

Horrible topic, but it was interesting how it focused mainly on how the case affected the officers atvarious levels of Delhi Police.

Being a police officer in any 3rd world country must be a horrendous job.

Just finished seeing its second season.

Awesome watch. Shows the grisly murders of senior citizens committed by a gang of 4 in the capital city, of which 1 was woman, most brutal of all 4.

Shefali Shah was great as was Rajesh Tailang.
