Did anyone catch a glimpse of Nawaz Sharif in new Bollywood movie trailer Parmanu

Seeing the new trailer for Bollywood movie trailer Parmanu which is essentially the story of India’s nuclear journey and how they hid the whole nuclear testing from the eyes of the Us. There’s a brief moment in the trailer where they show Nawaz Sharif and I wasn’t aware that he spearheaded the nuclear program for Pakistan. Who knew ?? For all the criticism I hear about him, I’m sure there are some that thank him for that surely ?

Useless movie about a useless program which started the nuclear arms race between India and Pakistan.
Well at least it acts as a deterrent. That until one of the countries decides to actually use it. Pakistan already developing low yield tactical nukes for specific targets.

There was only a glimpse of Sher e Nawaz along with a commentary that the Pakistani nukes were supplied by China. Looks like an anti-American film although difficult to tell from the trailer.

This is what I wanted to clarify but not sure. Was there any truth to the news that China was supplying nukes as it was apparently the fuel that kick started the roadmap for India to start the program. Or was it just all a rumor or false propaganda for India to justify its program ? Allways makes me wonder if it really was worth it besides just having the tag of becoming a nuclear power and taking on more unneeded risks. I remember as I was very young at the time that the Us had made a very big deal out of it and pretty much threw all sorts of sanctions against India at the time.

The Made in China narrative re Pakistani missile technology has been a consistent theme from Indian sources for as long as I can remember, this movie is just a continuation of that by the looks of it. No idea about the truth in it or whether it is just more Bollyganda. You tell me since you are posting the thread you must have some idea.

I have no idea which is why im asking..lol If China was supplying nukes on the fly then that raises some questions like did Pakistan test Chiinese nukes or did Pakistan create their own with the help of A.Q. Khan...

John is going the Akshay way, Madras Cafe was pretty good , but this somehow feels slightly low quality, but gotta give it to BJP the amount of Anti emergency movies, pro BJP-1 movies etc that are popping and flopping they have really and truly replaced CONGRESS in India, although unlike years ago people are much more aware ,so they should had tried to be subtle about it.

Pakistani nukes are based on uranium whereas Chinese and Indian nukes were at that based on inferior technology aka plutonium
