"If he is terrorising America – the terrorist, biggest terrorist – I am with him. ".........Zakir Naik.
This is quite a straight forward and explicit statement. And yet he still claims he doesn't promote terror?
Ok Sorry i won't tag you in such threads. I wish and pray some Pakistani Bangladeshi or Indian Muslims have good influence in your life someday inshaAllah in UK. Allah keray.TalentSpotterPk
Don't know why you keep mentioning me in threads/posts related to Pakistani (or Indian, or Bangaldeshi) internal politics. I have zero interest in these topics. Neither am I interested in what religious nutters, whether they be Muslims, Hindus, Christians, Buddhists etc, in these countries get up to. Only time I have any interest in what these mentally challenged individuals do or say is when their actions have, or likely to have, any impact on my life. What they get up to in India, in Pakistan, in Bangladesh etc, I couldn't care less.
I think he was referring to fighting occupiers in Afghanistan . I don't know why people think America can go around terrorising nations but if people residing there defend themselves it's they who are the terrorists . Strange logic
Naik is on the run.Has delayed his return to India.
troodon brotherDHAKA, BANGLADESH:
HIGHLIGHTS
2 of 7 terrorists who killed 22 in Dhaka cafe reportedly inspired by him
Zakir Naik is a Mumbai-based doctor and an Islamic televangelist
Zakir Naik is banned in Canada, UK and Malaysia for his hate speeches
Bangladesh has asked India to examine the speeches of controversial Mumbai-based preacher Zakir Naik after reports that two of the seven terrorists who hacked to death 20 people at a Dhaka cafe last week were inspired by him.
"Already there are certain complaints from the Maulanas of Bangladesh that his (Naik) teachings are not in line with the Quranic teachings and Hadith," information minister Hasanul Haq Inu said on Wednesday.
"How much Naik's teachings influenced the terrorists, that is to be investigated. We are investigating the whole matter," he said.
Mr Inu said New Delhi has been requested to examine Naik's sermons. "I also request the Indian government and information minister that they also examine the context of Dr Naik's teachings," he added.
One of the Dhaka attackers, suspected to be Rohan Imtiaz - the son of a politician of Bangladesh's ruling Awami League - ran a propaganda on Facebook last year quoting 50-year-old Naik, a doctor and an Islamic televangelist, Bangladeshi newspaper 'Daily Star' reported.
When the report first emerged, the Indian government said: "We don't ban individuals, we ban organisations."
Naik, who heads the Islamic Research Foundation, is banned in the UK and Canada for his hate speeches. He is among 16 banned Islamic scholars in Malaysia.
He is said to be popular in Bangladesh for his sermons on Peace TV, beamed across the sub-continent, even in China, with a 100 million viewership. He is known for outrageous beliefs like homosexuals should be sentenced to death.
He also questioned once whether Osama bin Laden was a terrorist.
Seven terrorists attacked Dhaka's popular Holey Artisan cafe last Friday, killing 22 people, including two policemen. Three of the attackers are believed to be from elite schools and colleges.

Will India show some spine and ban this preacher?
Naik is on the run.Has delayed his return to India.
Why people have a problem with that video, do you want people to lie and make up fake stories that non Muslims can propagate their religion in an Islamic state, Zakir Naik is speaking the truth in that video.
Propagation of falsehood is simply unacceptable in dar ul Islam, is that double standards? No because we have our standards and others have theirs.
So you shouldn't be upset if other states choose to clamp down on the rights of Muslims if people like him are allowed to spread that hogwash.
If you can't practice your religion than you should migrate. So you shouldn't be upset if other states choose to clamp down on the rights of Muslims if people like him are allowed to spread that hogwash.
If you can't practice your religion than you should migrate.
But if you practice your religion by waging Jihad against the infidels, it doesn't matter where you migrate.
You will still be waging terrorism.
Unfortunately such a scenario doesnt look far fetched now.Liberalism Secularism freedom of religion is a two way street. So you shouldn't be upset if other states choose to clamp down on the rights of Muslims if people like him are allowed to spread that hogwash.
50 lack reward for the head of Dr Zakir.
By sadvi ******.
Fear a genocide against Muslims coming up again in India.

I hope Muslims in India remain safe, this doesn't look good at all.
Is it a Crime or Sin to take realities on the Chin ?That is only one option and is not feasible for most people, but oppressed have a right to fight back against the oppressor, But Alhamdulillah there are many Muslim countries where one can migrate to if they can't practice their religion freely in another country.
Is it a Crime or Sin to take realities on the Chin ?
Muslim Countries ? Muslim Ummah ? One Nation ? Who do not even give Muslims Citizenship ?
Monarchies under the banner of Islam ?

"I will be giving pen drives that have answers to all allegations against me. Look at it with an unbiased mind, you'll see I'm innocent, " Naik said on Friday.
"Suicide bombing is not permitted in Islam where innocent people are killed. It is wrong," he said.

BTW I never used to like Arnab but started liking him/his channel recently. Only English channel in India which calls spade a spade.
Yep. I don't have a telly at home so I watch this Newshour programme on YouTube. There's a huge archive on the Times Now YT channel and I can pick any episode and forward/rewind at will.
I guess if you watch it repetitively on TV there will be some redundant topics and it becomes easier to hate.
On this Zakir Naik issue he's been spot on though. Look at those bearded folks in the panelist - if you ask them whether Osama bin Laden is a terrorist, you have to squeeze them so hard to say a simple "yes" like you and I?
what about Freedom of speech? as i recall you are a strong advocate of freedom of speech.
But let me be clear, his rhetoric is and can be damaging to Islam.
Police report indicates Zakir Naik’s involvement in unlawful activities
“Government has received a report on Zakir Naik from Commissioner of Police of Mumbai. There are many indictments in the report. Many unlawful activities have been pointed out pertaining to the organisation of which Zakir Naik is the leader,” said the chief minister.

According to the police, Monday¡¯s case was based on a complaint filed by Abdul Majid Abdul Kader, 60, a resident of Mumbai Central. In his complaint, Kader named Navi Mumbai resident Arshid Qureshi, a guest representative officer with IRF; Kalyan resident Rizwan Khan, who is also believed to have IRF links; and two others, identified only as Haneef and Abdul, who are allegedly radicalising people. As you and I know anyone can make accusations need to be answered first before anyone can judge
On that note police reports in India and Pakistan don't normally meet standards that we expect
I hope you also support Sulman Rushdie and Taslima Nasrin's views under freedom of expression.

Booya, another one. What's with his fans who pop into this show, really? What do they get in return for supporting him? Money? Connections? Something else?
