I don't understand how did the PCB let these people bid for an extravagant amount with no proof of funds and how did the PCB overlook the fact that one of the owners had declared bankruptcy in the past?
The PCB has allowed the OZ group to sell 98% of the team shares to CD Ventures whereas on the day of the auction for the Sialkot team, it was I2C which came second in the bid.
If we were to place ourselves in I2C or Aims shoes, would you not feel aggrieved and hard done by the unethical behaviour of the OZ Group folks?
This whole episode is extremely damaging for PSL's and Pakistan's reputation and another example why foreigners are hessitant to do business in our country.
