I think that there’s nothing wrong with publicly speaking with people you disagree with even if they have toxic views. I have actually seen Joe Rogan challenge a lot of these “right wing” people when they come on his show. I don’t have anything in common with these extremist people but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with talking to these people and challenging and even trying to understand why they believe these terrible things.

Muslim women are given full rights as men and they can work and mingle with men from opposite sex (irrespective of religion) in a corporate environment. Burqa and hijab are optional and nothing should be forced on individuals and nobody can enforce their views and give fatwas and stamps on who a good Muslim or Muslima is.
