We are lagging behind because there is no stability. Whenever govt/pcb chairman changes, the Pakistan captain changes.
Happened in 2003,2009,2014,2016 and even in 2019.
Things should not work like this. In Australia, 10 chairman come and go.. Ricky Ponting is still the captain. In India, Dhoni remained captain even after Chairman and Govt changes.
How much truth is there to this fact ? Captains have changed a lot in Pakistan, that much is true. At least before Misbah there was lot of instability.
