Don't underestimate Sri Lanka

I've seen a lot of posters here saying we'll make the Semi Finals if India beats SA and SL.Yes,our team's confidence is high now and Sri Lanka is a weaker team than SA,but they can't be taken lightly.They have some dangerous batsmen like Dickwella and Mathews and their bowlers also bowled well in the last match.So don't underestimate them and take things one match at a time.

In Sha Allah we'll beat them and reach the Semi Finals.

The problem with many posters here; we lose one match, we are the worst team in world, we win one match, we are the best in world, just like batting of Hafeez, either tuk tuk or a boundary.

Pakistan is unpredictable, yes they beat the no.1 team in world, but can still have a bad day against SL and lose it. Needs to work harder, stay focused and select the deserving players.

The problem is not underestimating or overestimating the opponent but Pakistan's consistency. Everyone else in the tourney has one great day, one bad day and most other days are predictable but with Pakistan unpredictable is a whole another level.

It will be fun if SriLanka beat India. Nonetheless the problem for Pakistan is actually not a win against Srilanka (that is needed regardless); the problem is the result of India vs SouthAfrica. If SouthAfrica beat India, then Pak wont go through due to a very poor run rate.

Pakistan has already defeated India in ICC tournaments, twice in the Champions Trophy (2004 & 2009). It's only the world cup where India has an undefeated record against Pakistan.

Oh yes, I meant it won't be happening any time soon. IIRC Pakistan has not defeated India in a major tournament since 2011.

They played lot of risky shots in first 15-20 overs,top edges,risky singles key would be for PCT to take advantage their and do the same to Lankans what they did to Saffers.
