ECB should break the global silence on Pakistan's sad and strange IPL exile

ECB are still thinking about this tour and there is no guarantee that it will happen.

Isn't the issue more due to scheduling and strength of team England can play, rather than the old security reasons? If worse comes to worst and the tour doesn't go ahead for January, hopefully it can take place later in 2021.
