Because Nagatomo can play left back and right back

The problem I have is that Nagatomo is my cover for both positions, so now if he was to get injured or Alves then I would have no proper full back to play in one of the positions

That is why I was desperately trying to buy a CB that could also play left or right back BUT could not get one

I messed up by selling both Eboue and Cissokho, naively thought getting a CB/LB-RB would be easy as there were a few listed in the transfer list thread

Chalo, just need to hope I don't get injuries and will sort it out in the next window

Maxwell was much better than him for me so I was always going to have Maxwell as first choice left back, thought I might as well cash in on Cissokho since he would just be a backup. I got decent money for him BUT it all messed up because I could not get another full back in
