"I have seen it all"

It was 12th over of Pakistan innings, Iftikhar has upped the ante and wrested some initiative back. Rohit, bought in left armer Patel, expecting change of angle might buy him a wicket. Iftikhar has been threatening to solve Pakistan "Middle order" crises with his nice twenties and thirties but nothing has evolved into an inning of real substance, this time he decided to fix all that with three telling blows.

He has turned the match on its head and that was the last of Axar patel or for that matter any spin we saw from India, Rohit, had the option of fourth pacer which Babar didn't he employed Shami and Pandya from both ends Pakistan lost 3 wickets in 2 overs the match was spinning on its head once again.

Dance of fortune has started, close to 2 billion people in spite of early warning had no clue that it was all just a premonition of a craziest day in their life.

"The choices we make in the end makes us what we are"

Babar and "Thicktank" have made stubbornness a virtue. Asif ali has made it amply clear that he is not even enjoying his embarrassing outings, innings are innings, Wasim on the other hand has become Pakistan 2nd best death bowler and shown more promise with bat.

Not too long ago, Nawaz found himself bowling the final over against India, Deja vu has become "Doodli dooo" with Babar and Company. Pakistan unlearned that day importance of having a pace all rounder so that India can defeat them in a Jam Packed Melbourne stadium in the World cup, Genius

"I am still dumbfounded about that shot"

It wasn't a half volly, heck not even a good length but rather it was bit short on the body rising and slow just how did Kohli got enough power and timing in that shot is beyond me, but for half of its journey I thought, he has holed out to long on just to watch in absolute awe the ball sail over the boundary"

I knew at that magical moment that while there are batsmen who are just too good only Kohli can bend fortunes like a muscleman bends iron rods. This guys takes to pressure like fish takes to water. It's just insane watching his mind work a chase. I don't rate him the most gifted or talented one but his ability to chase any score under ugliest of the situation makes him stand somewhere no one else will reach any soon.

Kohli, Take a bow men !!

Pakistan, can take a lot from this game most significantly the notion that entire team will go bust if Rizwan and Babar goes early one more thing Rizwan might struggle on these pitches he has no technique to handle bounce him opening the innings might make for painful watch.

India, is far from perfect but they got out of jail today however India face south africa in perth and things can become spicy. I rate South Africa very high on these conditions above India and Pakistan.

In shan masood, Pakistan have best opener for these pitches however everyone knows "Unlearning" is the virtue of this Management and they are on a banana peal from this point onwards, This team has shown a lot of zeal and character time and again the talent is undeniable, actually enviable however as I watched Nawaz bowling the final over I couldn't help wryling smiling

"it's the freaking choice which you make"

I think numbness and hilarity are the overriding feeling. It may be I've not yet come down from the caffeine intake fit for a full cafe.

It could just be denial. Around 17th over the palpitations became anger.

I'm a huge Hussey and Ajmal fan so that was just pure class. This was a combination of Kohli and a tactiess captain

For lot of fans that shot may be a surprise. He played the same shot against Woakes at Pune

Woakes to Kohli, SIX runs
That's unbelievable. Rub your eyes and watch this again. This is against the law of physics. Slower ball, short of a length, no room to free his arms, and Kohli still goes in the air, and clears cow corner. It is just power from arms. I can imagine some West Indies batsmen having the audacity to even try such a shot

For those who haven't seen it:

But the six he scored today was far more impressive. It was on a fast MCG wicket against a speed demon in Haris Rauf.

Kohli was the difference. I include Babar when saying we don't have any batsmen who comes even close to Kohli. Babar despite being a brilliant batsman is never at the crease when we successfully chase against India.
