Engineering Masters Abroad? Recommend Countries financially feasible to study

I am currently in 3rd Year of my bachelors in Electrical Engineering. I have plans to do masters abroad but since i have a tight budget (middle class family) I am searching for universities which offer renowned degrees at affordable fees. Being honest i have absolutely no idea about the expenses.
Can someone recommend countries with low fees and renowned degrees in Masters?
Following are the countries i would ideally like to Study in particular order (i have no idea about their academics, but i just like these countries) :

1. New Zealand
2. Australia
3. Turkey
4. Malaysia
5. Switzerland

If you have any idea about the fee structures (and GPA requirement) in these countries (or others) please mention.
Is anyone of you currently completing his/her masters (in engineering) abroad, your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
(i haven't still decided about the discipline of Masters but i am inclined towards Project Management)

I am surprised not to see Germany in your list. Perhaps the best option along with Italy
