Babar , Rizwan, Shaheen and Naseem were shown the door and they are all back for the T20 WC , Rizwan’s bad BBL cost his place though otherwise he would be there instead of Nafay.

Between the two teams England tactically made more errors also on the field made more errors. But all of them covered by one batsman singlehandeldy. Just say fair and move on. Having said that Shadab, nawaz are less closer to be a specialist batsman. Shadab khan has scored a grand total of one 50 in 123 internationals. Md. Nawaz has zero 50s in 97 T20 internationals. This Usman khan 37 matches 31 innings 18.64 average 121.03 strike rate. How can he justify his place? He should be making 50/60. Pakistan picks these players and expect them to punch above their weight. These are occupying pakistan middle order. Apart from Farhan nobody can call themselves batsmen in this set up.

Pakistan can’t find any one other than Shadab and Nawaz for the last decade or so. No replacements yet , Shadab to be the next 20-20 captain. Shadab should choose acting for a career instead.

Saim Ayub with the bat and Nawaz all round capabilities have gone missing this tournament costing Pakistan big time.. Some are only bilateral bullies just like Abhishek Sharma , WC tests the mettle. If he was a choker by taking those crucial wickets in the last over and snatching victory almost from jaws of defeat ..I wonder what u will call Premium fast bowler afreedi who undid his initial spell with that horror over.

It's afreedis who's unfit even for t20s , bowling at Bhuvneswar kumar level speeds 130ks , undoing the lethality he showed in his initial 3 overs.

If ucant bowl 4 intense overs spread across 18 overs ..ur UNFIT and the real choker

How can we expect fortune to favour us when one of our greatest heroes continues to face injustice even behind bars, without proper health assurances and without the basic dignity of regular family access?
Putting the result aside, I was equally disappointed with the standard of commentary from Pakistani panel during yesterday’s match. I often feel Ramiz reacts to a single delivery and rushes to judgement about a player. His constant use of the word “great”, for example “great six” feels misplaced; a shot can be great, but a six is simply an outcome. I rarely hear deeper analysis from him about match situations, technique, or strategy. That said, I did appreciate him more in an administrative role and still think he suited leadership at the PCB better than commentary.
Wasim, meanwhile, kept using the word “incredible” far too loosely, even a routine dot ball was described that way at one stage. It felt like he was struggling to maintain flow and structure in his thoughts. And I still hope one day he’ll settle on calling it “Netherlands,” not “Neitherlands”!
Waqar was slightly better than the other two. In my opinion, Urooj Mumtaz remains the most balanced and insightful commentator from Pakistan right now, and even Bazid Khan sounds more in control when commentating as compared to Agha, Bata, or Rambo.
