Great to see Foakes step up as the best England keeper since Jack Russell 20 years ago.

Is Foakes really a better keeper than Read ? He's definitely better than all the rest of the keepers that have played for England since Russell was dropped, but I think Read was special too.

Yep, Read was good, though it was a shame that he couldn’t get his batting together at the top level.
