Then the team should get rid of the bowling coach and just select pacers with the best stats in domestic cricket and highest number of games.

If someone is appointed as the bowling coach, he needs to be held accountable.

It's being realistic.

86 runs in 20 ovs against a reversing old ball was never on with Azhar Ali at the crease and 4 genuine tailenders to follow.

We know their ability, can't expect an Azhar to bat like Stokes all of a sudden.
 
Surely saqlain has to be removed now. Pakistan are reaching new levels of patheticness under saqlain and babar
 
England clearly showing that players wise and team management wise, they are miles ahead of the lowly ranked Pakistani team.
 
England deserve this. Whenever you go for the win, you usually get it

This is embarrassing stuff from Pakistan as usual.
England scored 264 runs in 35 overs and Pakistan had that negative attitude towards the chase and their intent was just to save the match and they have failed as expected.
 
Bazball deserves this win.

Positivity is what cricket needs and they've created a win out of thin air on a complete road.
 
Babar needs to be sacked as skipper after this match.

Test cricket is definitely dying. No money in it unless Big 3 play and in the near future I doubt it will be profitable for them even .

The victory was on as long as Salman and Azhar were there, but once both removed you knew it was only a matter of time as we have a long tail.

Why do pak continually go into test with 4 number 11s.

Most tail enders can bat these days but pak continue to go into game with only 5 or 6 genuine batsman

Considering the issues SS is currently dealing with chnaging the PCB chairman will be the last thing on his mind. Ramiz is safe until the general elections next year. If IK wins he may stay but of the others win then there might be a change. Interestingly Ramiz who is making statements on a daily basis about Pak playing next WC or not, may actually not be the chairman by then.

Batting has its flaws but it can still be managed at home.

You can never win a game if your bowlers concede at 7 rpo throughout the game.

Just look at the Eng bowlers, how much they are extracting out of this benign surface while Pakistani bowlers looked amateur.
 
Ball goes between keeper and first slip. Pontiff didn’t move.

That, my friends, is why you should pick your best keeper.

Pakistani batting is the same as it is against the top sides in every format….

Second best. Always looking for the easy route. Never matching the opposition. Doing things in their own, lethargic and outdated way.

I didn't say that batting is great.

But test match bowling is a much bigger concern, for now.
