Going by the hype they receive, it has to be England.

Not that they are too flash at home either - unable to win series to Lanka, Pakistan, New Zealand and even losing a test match to the hapless West Indies just a few months ago.

Oh but they love their test cricket so much.

Has to be england, both banglasesh and W.I are expected to be beaten away from home all the time.

Bangladesh...No doubt

England have won in SA in test series plus also won in India so they are out

Windies have won a few matches against India and Pakistan in Asia which counts alot IMO

Bangladesh are surely the worst.I think even Ireland plays better overseas.

The OP specifically mentions 2013 as the start date. The only time England toured India in this period was in 2016, when they lost 0-4 in 5 tests.

Bangladesh and West Indies aren't expected to compete away from home. England have been very poor from away from home. Drawing with West Indies and Bangladesh is not good enough for a team who plays so much test cricket.

Bangladesh hardly plays away from home so it's difficult to expect them to do well in the few matches they do play
