West Indies tour of Bangladesh (2025) [3 ODIS and 3 T20Is]

WI - 128/6 (17 overs).

Windies were 94/1 after 10 overs. So, they only scored 34/5 in the last 7 overs. Good comeback from BD. :inti

Ather Ali Khan is having meltdown in he commentary box so are Bangladesh fans in the stadium as well here. Lovely :klopp :kp

All over.

Windies win the match and win the series (with still 1 game to go). :inti

Congratulations.
Balle balle . 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Minnow Bangladesh lost the series against WI who had lost against Nepal.

Yesterday minnow Pakistan lost and today minnow Bangladesh. Such a treat to watch.

:klopp :kp

The loss against Pakistan in Asia cup was even more terrible. THey had pitches similar what they have in Bangladesh. Very low total to chase. Absolutley messed it up.

Bangladesh should play T20s in Mirpur or Sylhet. :inti

Chittagong is too flat and it doesn't suit them.
BD really have done nothing to improve. They are the most useless team playing today if you consider how many resources have been put into that. Nepal, Afghanistan and Ireland have made so much more progress with so little.

I wouldn't be surprised if Windies win 3-0.

Chittagong is possibly BD's flattest ground. Flat pitches suit Windies.

I made this comment on Monday.

Chittagong ground suits West Indies more than BD. This ground is not good for BD. I think Bangladesh should use this ground for football. Cricket should retire here.

This is the same ground where India once scored 400+ and Ishan Kishan scored 210. South Africa once posted 410/0 here.

BD should play their T20s in spin-friendly Mirpur or in Sylhet where pitch is more balanced.

Pakistan , Bangladesh , Afghanistan , Westindies and Lanka - all team are more or less same.

Top tier - India , Australia then South Africa,NZ and England.

West Indies sealed their first T20I series win after seven straight defeats, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead over Bangladesh with a gritty 13-run victory in Chattogram. Despite collapsing from 106 for 1 to 149 all out, the visitors’ bowlers — Romario Shepherd and Akeal Hosein with three wickets each — defended the modest total superbly.

Bangladesh, chasing 150 on a good batting pitch with some dew, fell short after a promising start. Tanzid Hasan top-scored with 61, but apart from him, no batter settled as wickets fell regularly.

Earlier, Shai Hope (55) and Alick Athanaze (51) powered West Indies to a flying start, adding 106 for the second wicket. But after Athanaze’s dismissal in the 12th over, Mustafizur Rahman (3 for 32), Nasum Ahmed, and Rishad Hossain triggered a collapse, taking nine wickets for just 43 runs.

In reply, Bangladesh’s chase never quite gathered momentum. Hosein bowled Litton Das for 23, while Shepherd dismissed key batters in the middle overs. Despite Tanzid’s resistance, Bangladesh folded for 136 in 20 overs.

West Indies’ spirited bowling and sharp fielding in the final overs secured a hard-fought win — and their first T20I series triumph in over a year.
