Watching Pk v Eng. The English guys all seem like devastating players whilst being technically correct. Their system is fantastic. I don't see who can stop England from winning plenty of white ball trophies.

Secondly, I am an old head here (mid 50s), but tje game has evolved far too much. Modern teams would sink past teams in white ball cricket. No team before 2000 can compete with teams today.

Batting wise, yes they've got great talent coming though the ranks. Bowling is not on par

England:

1) Proper nutrition+ Gym time
2) Mental training
3) Remuneration
4) Selection based on numbers instead of potential
5) Country-focused mindset

Pakistan:

1) Sharjeel (fat) or Saim (thin) type bodies
2) Mental midgets don't spend time with a proper therapist
3) Remuneration in domestics is appalling
4) Selections are based on favoritism or perceived potential
5) Personality-focused mindset

Players like Duckett, Billings, Vince etc. are really unlucky. They would walk into most limited overs sides in the world.

Their bowling is not up to the mark though. They need to get Archer fit and find some express bowlers.

I don't think you could resurrect or find any two batsmen in the entire history of Pakistan cricket who could do what Brook and Duckett have done today.

At some point it stops being talent and more that England deserves credit for producing an assembly line of devastating batsmen.

Talent has to be nurtured but obviously the system in England has fine tuned this attacking mindset.

Archer the best bowler in the world?

A batting paradise tho. The kind of pitch where everything comes off.

I mean we have ourselves scored 230 on one such track in England. Didn't see many threads then.

That is they key, they are not wild sloggers. They are complete in control and look very dangerous. They have all the shots as well.
On paper England and Australia are favourites for the upcoming WC. But I have seen many good England sides before bottling it up when it matters. Aussies though…
