I hate when people compare the two, balochistan is more comparable to khaalistan than kashmir (a disputed territory).

Moreover no one in Baluchistan supports India or carries their flag. There are problems in Baluchistan but no way near what happens in IOK. Lastly, Baluchistan even according to the UN is a settled area of Pakistan. Absolutely no comparison with IOK at all. Baluchistan is a lot safer now after the military took care of things by capturing Yadav in particular which is no coincidence.
