Examining the PCB evidence which convicted Sharjeel Khan

again, like I said. If the verdict was false, Sharjeel was allowed to make 1-2 appeals in Pakistani courts. After that he was even allowed to go to Switzerland for the appeal.

He didnt appeal that is his fault. He is a corrupt and spot fixer as proven by the Tribunal.

You think everything is linear in Pakistan? Read Junaids bhai post carefully on how there was not a single proof on all the counts he was convicted of. Backdoor dealings and Sethi's stubbornness is the main issue.

On a personal note: one some occasions you come up with theories such as Misbah was unhappy with team selection so he resigned, but the official version is he misses his family and resigned. Now, why not be linear in that situation too?

Similarly, Sharjeel's case is 10 times non-linear than that of Misbah's resignation.

Maybe he was advised against it because of a back hand settlement between his lawyers and the PCB.

Doesnt work that way.

If you think you are innocent and believe the judgement given was wrong, than you can use your appeal. He probably had 2-3 appeals. One of them could had been done in Switzerland.

Fixing corruption is a big label, no player wants that. If a player thinks he was wrongfully found guilty he appeals the decision. No one sits around and accept a wrong verdict.

The verdict stands that he is a proven corrupt. If he was innocent, he would had appealed the decision.

Umar Akmal appealed his decision, was still guilty though...... Yet he is back in domestic cricket
