Pakistan wrapped up their T20I tour of Ireland with a 2-1 win in a tightly contested series. It was Pakistan's first T20I bilateral series victory since December 2021. I liked when he talked about how Ireland plays with a settled team and how they hardly ever change their playing XI. He also talked about how batters all play aggressively, no matter what. All this, he said, has led to their team progressing over the years.
Pakistan should really learn from them, especially regarding their fearless brand of cricket.

I just hope we don't have to see a repeat of 2007 fiasco in upcoming WC, Brien was part of the Irish team then.

Trust me this Ireland side is very much capable of repeating history. They already gave us a demo a week ago so Pakistan should not take Ireland lightly now because they are the most competitive side in their group after India.

This team was not just lethargic, they were beyond pathetic. Mediocre for the last 2 years. At this point, I can't say that this team will beat Ireland in their world cup game.

But according to PCB Chairman Pakistan are the best in the world after beating Ireland.

As long as he is the Chairman, he will keep on saying this whether our team perform good or bad.
