So, any experiences of divine intervention where you were convinced that help could have only come from above?

As I was approaching a traffic light which was 'green' for me, my car suddenly switched off.

A bus came speeding from the side and jumped the 'red' traffic light and had cars engine not switched off, the bus would have driven into me most likely killing me.

My cars engine had never switched off before

From that day I believe that their are 'guardian angels' protecting us

Divine warning about zia's destruction

In last 1 year of his life Zia was warned not twice but thrice. Mubahila Challenge was given to him. He did not stop from his Firon Yazeed esque acts towards un-armed minority whom he persecuted to extreme levels and called them Cancer for Islam.

What was his Fate due to divine intervention ?

He was about to uproot Cancer (allegedly) We found only a Jaw.

During my university days I was in Canada on a study permit. After my first year I was planning on going back to Pakistan from July to September. My father has always tried his best to provide for his family but that summer halaat weren't very good so he could not spare a whole lot for my ticket which costed around 1800 return.

I was determined to go back so throughout the Winter semester I worked odd jobs and also during the first two months of summer (May and June) I worked two part-time minimum wage jobs (30 hours each) for a 60 hour week and made enough to eek out my living and flight ticket. The twist in tale is that I had a study permit that was expiring at the end of August and I figured I should apply for it before leaving since returning to Canada won't be possible with an expired permit. I had applied in March and got approved in May, but my bad luck kicked in and Canada Post went on a full-blown strike that summer. So now my permit was approved and put in the mail (along with my passport) but since the mail carriers were on strike I had no way of receiving the permit and passport, and therefore could not travel. May ended and June was beginning to turn into July and I was fretting like no tomorrow, making phone calls, going to central post stations, talking to the Pakistan embassy for an emergency passport, there seemed to be no solution in sight.

Now you may think why this dumb guy just doesn't extend his flight, but the fact is I cheaped out on a PIA flight and they were asking for 500 extra dollars to change the flight date and I absolutely had no money to spare for that change.

On the evening before the flight, I was sitting on the porch outside my apartment building completely devoid of hope and thinking what I will do since the ticket will be lost and all my hardwork would go down the drain. The work day was also coming to end (iirc it was 5:30 pm) and even if a postman was to come he would be coming in the next half an hour. At this point, the postal workers strike had ended but they had MASSIVE backlog to get through and I wasn't really optimistic that I would get anything.

AND LO AND BEHOLD, I couldn't believe what happened. A Canada Post truck came rambling in parked right infront of where I was sitting. I jumped up in hope and delight and ran upto it. Even before the guy could get out of the truck I was onto him and asking whether he had anything for my apartment, he was taken aback but could sense the desperation in my voice. He checked the back of his truck and THERE IT WAS A BIG BROWN ENVELOPE ADDRESSED TO XXXXX SYED. I quickly ripped it open to find my precious green passport in it with a the pristine golden study permit. Relieffffff

This incident taught me that man can plot and plan, and hope and desire but there is only one Planner and only His plans come true.

Many minor incidents have occurred, but nothing crazy so far.

I have seen a jinn though. That was crazy.

wow, so happy for you man. It's amazing how hard foreign students that come here to study have to work. It's why I always treat any foreign student I meet with the utmost respect.

Nearly drowned once when I went swimming, never experienced anything like it before and I had literally no clue why it happened but I somehow managed to get out. It happened and then it was over in an instant and I was shocked and just didn't know how to feel about it, felt like I was saved from above.

One of the person I know was in grade 9 when she was putting on socks before going to School. Her brother saw her ankles and funnily said to his mother Mom look she is getting so healthy. He intended to be witty :)

2 days later at 2am midnight that girl called her mother and complained about Urinary retention. She could not walk at Inch and Poor parents had to carry her to the Hospital.

The Girl was a brilliant student who never had any health issues previously. She is daughter of a Specialist Doctor.

In next 2 days She was diagnosed Nephrotic Syndrome of extreme severity and Specialists treating her were losing all Hope. She was losing Albumin at a very high rate on daily basis and from being absolutely fine 5 days ago the girl was getting out of the hands of her beloved parents and family.

Somebody advised a Hakeem. He was approached. He gave a medicine. The girl was administered that medicine for 2 days and Albumin loss increased 2 folds. Situation worsened.

The girl's father and brother in routine went to a Mosque for Friday prayers. After the prayer's ended the boy's father found out that there was " Mirza Abdul Haq " amongst them. The Man who at that time was 102 years old. He was leading Advocate (lawyer) from Sargodha aswell as one of the most renowned figure of community who was offered Minister of Finance Port Folio by Dictator Zia ul Haq asking him to abandon his faith but He said No.

The Girl's Dad wrote a small letter in next 10 minutes introducing his Father who was well known to Mirza Abdul Haque sahib and a renowned name in the Community worldwide. The boy and his dad met him hugged him and He put a letter in his Coat's pocket letting him know that it's a prayers request.

Mirza Abdul Haq was a renowned " Wali ullah " in the community and at an early age He was given Basharat of Jannat by Allah SWT. He was also told by Allah that He will live for more than hundred years and despite him getting operated at age 90 (cardiac surgery) he lived as long as Allah had promised him.

The same day Hakeem was called and told the condition of the girl and He said continue medication. Doctors said we suggest to stop this drug and we won't be responsible for anything as condition deteriorated. Risk was taken by parents.

In next 3 days it was all magic. Fairy tale. Fiction world. Albumin loss minimised. 5 days later She got discharged from hospital and she looked as if She never felt it and 2 days later Sge joined School. The girl topped in Matriculation exams, went on to become a Doctor from top medical school and today She lives a happy healthy successful married life Alhamdoulillah.

102 Years Old Mirza Abdul Haq had travelled hundreds of kilometers to be at that Mosque that day. Yeah. Destiny.

The family believes that the miracle happened only because of prayers and acceptance of Prayers by Allah and especially prayers of Saint Mirza Abdul Haq sahib.

This is what happens when you have living relationship will Allah. Miracles like these happen.

Oh This is just one example. Just One.

And than people say show me scientific evidence of existence of GOD. Lolz

Thank You Allah Subhaanataala. You are the greatest, the best. That is why I bow infront of you relentlessly every single day and I will InshaAllah bow more and more My Beloved Allah.

Does anyone here believe in guardian angels like you are being personally protected? I know in Islam in angels but they are different to guardian ones.

I have seen a jinn though. That was crazy.

Immediately report to the Jinn thread please.

A detailed account would be appreciated.

Honesty, Hard work & Divine help.

Did you pray extensively these 2-3 months ? Your's or your family's prayers worked.

Many, which I wouldn't talk about but whenever I have a major problem and have lost all hope, I see my prayers get answered.

I almost drowned when I was eight and I even remember thinking of a final prayer to Allah SWAT. Thankfully, my cousin carried me out of the pool by himself and even though I was much heavier than him, he managed. Another time was when my aunt had the keys to our house and I decided to jump over a recently constructed wall. I forgot it had rained the night before thus the cement was not hardened. I landed on my head and my bottom. The bricks fell all over my legs all the way up to my stomach. Behind me was concrete and I don't know how but I was not injured. The wall had to be at least twelve feet tall.

some good stories with funny conclusions have been posted in this thread.

Good reads.

But dont you guys think that out of all the days you live on earth, you have a moment of good luck?

Like we all have bad luck all the time, but there should be a single small moment of good luck just by coincidence.

this is what i never understood.

We are made to believe by everyone that our date of death is already written. So how could one cheat death if death is upon him?

Either date of death is already determined, or it is not determined and our own decisions and actions could lead to death anytime.

So basically, the passport went through the postal system and arrived at the local postal delivery depot some hours earlier, from where it was put on the Post truck, the driver took his scheduled route, traffic and all, and happened to arrive outside your apartment at that moment in time.

Nice story. But I don't believe that prayers of any sort alter the laws of mathematics, physics or chemistry, or biology, or the laws of cause and effect, so as to create a 'miracle' of any sort resulting in the life of that particular individual being saved.

This is your belief not mine.

If your max age is set 85 years by Allah than you will live it if you live a healthy life. If you smoke 40 years as a chain smoker than you may die by the time you are 65. If you don't do exercise and do overeating and at age 55 yoi are 140 kg in weight have cholestrol heart problem than you may die at 57 if you don't take medicine and don't know your weight. Etc etc.

So in order to achieve your maximum set life determined by Allah you will have to live a healthy life.

Today Asghar Khan sahib is MashaAllah 95 plus. At the age of 85 He was seen running in Islamabad on daily basis. He had ideal weight and many youngsters could not beat him. Hence he has lived long. If he did not maintain his weight/diet than he might have died at 60/65.

And un-natural deaths through accidents are not pre-set by Allah. You take a pistol and murder your neighbour, naturally he was supposed to live a 60 - 90 years life as per his lifestyle but you murdered him at 35 with 6 bullets so God won't intervene here and he will bleed to death. His life wasn't set at 35.

No Law of Nature was broken in the process. My definition of miracle is not definition derived from magic world or fitness world.

Many lives get saved due to many instances snd happenings and they are perceived as miracles but while those miracles happen indeed yet no law of nature gets broken.

If you believe in God where you havw confusions and reservations than God says that He made certain laws, laws of nature and in no case or instance He either suspends those laws for few moments nor repeals those for anyone.

I think you need to post your version of luck, good/bad luck, destiny & free will. I as reader want to know where you stand.

Seems like drowning is a common theme here lol.

One of my situations was like this too. I didn't learn how to swim till I was about 16. This was back when I was 11, I ventured into the deep end of the compound swimming pool back in Qatar. I lost footing and began drowning, hitting my arms on the water like crazy and furiously kicking my legs.

My mom saw and without a 2nd thought jumped in to save me.

She didn't know how to swim either and also began drowning.

I had ingested way too much water and was sinking, then one of the workers working inside rushed out to the pool area and lowered a PVC pole towards us which we had to latch onto then he helped us out. The guy was going on his break btw, but stopped just in time.

Something also happened on June 18th. Ball hit the stumps but bails didn't dislodge. Iblees was locked up so alhamdullilah he couldn't help India win.

1. This has happened twice that I left a certain place before it was flooded. First it happened in Lahore, which was understandable, then it happened in Islamabad which seemed unreal as Islamabad is supposed to resist such floods.

2. I've hardly prayed for cricket team's success as I dont feel any reason for praying one team's rise by calling other's fall, that too of a bigger country. But 18 june was a rare time when I prayed for it, like I literally asked for it dua as people here much afraid of the "better team" and they were suppressed. Rest world knows :D

This Mirza Abdul Haq was a practicing lawyer or Hakeem? I think I might have met him in my childhood.

Over the last couple of days I have really started believing that we won the champions trophy because of divine intervention because if you think back so many things happened in the tournament that could have been the end of us but we still won.

Why would iblees help India win? It's not as if india winning would be huge sin for the world.:yk

Wow.....I can sense that desperation for getting the passport..:D

You must have suffered a lot staying alone in Canada without family...:)

Nice stuff, this.

We have a million Hindu Gods + Allah + Jesus + Buddha + Zoroaster + Mahavir + Wahe Guru on our side.

That's a lot of help you know.

But you still dont have the 'Tailunt' :srini Dont you know, no country has more talent than Pakistan? :msd:

Oye Allah helped us in all our World cup matches against you..:D

That's all good:rahat1

Allah helped us win this time. But according to Suleiman satan is on indias side like why what's wrong with India.

This time even iblees felt bad seeing your lose to India. That's why he left you in the final.:asif

A miracle that is used in the context you're referring to is basically saying that the event (or 'miracle') that occurred did so due to something that was outside the laws of physics and/or the laws of mathematics and/or the laws of chemistry and/or the laws of biology and/or the laws of cause and effect.

I fully accept that many learned and intelligent individuals, who are experts in one or more of the above mentioned fields, are also devout believers in God and divine intervention (ie 'miracles'). However, it is also puzzling how they can reconcile the two when they are mutually exclusive. With their professional hats on, they would never countenance the concept of any form of worship to imaginary gods, or artificial symbols of gods, resulting in these laws being broken - that is until they remove their professional hats and replace them with hats of their own particular religion, and then ..poof... anything goes!

For example, a believer of one of the Abrahamic religions (ie invisible God) thinks it's primitive mumbo jumbo if/when they see a bunch of half clad men (say in Africa) with painted bodies and faces, chanting and dancing whilst waving spears around a fire in the middle of the night, claiming that they're 'worshipping the fire God'.

However, to these half clad painted dancing individuals, the concept of a group of individuals standing in a line behind another individual, and mimicking him standing, then kneeling, then sitting, then standing up again, all the while quietly chanting incantations (prayers) to themselves, is equally mumbo jumbo.

So who's right? Both groups? Neither group? Only one group? In which case, which one?

Sheikh Calaway once came in my dreams Red Devil Adil_94 and highlighted two questions from a pass paper which would come up in an exam a couple of days later, he instructed me the constituents of that question and how I should approach it; to my bewilderment the questions would indeed come up and I had prepared adequately which was a big boost for me. On another instance during club cricket, my team was struggling at 68-8 we required 70 of the final 4 overs and it was a green mamba, I went into bat expecting to be back in the pavilion soon enough but I played with a genius which was beyond me; prior to the match I kept reading Tasbeeh praising Calaway and I think it played a big role in calming my nerves but it is almost as if I had been possessed, I felt no pressure and the ball stopped swinging as well as if someone had done some magic; my team mates would carry me off the pitch bah gawd.

On another occasion I was heading to Mcdonalds to buy a fish burger meal, that day I wore a Calaway pendant as I left me home; I would buy the food casually just looking around the shop observing all the fatties like me who were eagerly awaiting their order, when the food was handed over to me I asked the assistant, can I have a sweet and sour sauce as well please! and she said Oh yes! I replied thank you and off I was on my merry way home and once I had reached I unlocked the door and would place me food on the table and when I opened the bag to my astonishment there was not one fillet o fish burger, but TWO !! OH MY GOD! and the fries were also LARGE! I am pretty sure I saw that woman put one burger in there although it can be a bit tricky to verify the fries but I just to say it probably was divine intervention. Thank you Sheikh Calway

I apologise. It was un-intensional mistake.

I did not want to write " either ". I wanted to write " neither " now see my post again.

We have had an agreement on thing called " suffering " something for which I am still in search of an answer but I would like to ask you another thing ie want to read your opinion.

Once upon a time there was a old Man in his late 70's. Another Waliullah. He was a Missionary Incharge and somebody who had sacrificed his life for Preaching his faith. That Man used to sleep for a short span of time after lunch and before Asar ie 3rd prayer of the day.

On his visit to his Son's place he woke up 10 min's earlier than routine and He had a smile on his face plus he was murmuring these words " God Burnt him to Ashes "

His Son who was around did not understand anything and thought May be Dad has wokeup after having a dream.

It was Tea time and the Man left for market to buy biscuits from shop he used to go usually. The Shopkeeper asked did you watch the news ? He said No I did not what happened ? He said Zia ul Haq's Aircraft Crashed and He is dead.

How will you explain this ?

How will Science explain this ?

Do you believe there is even 0.01 % chance of Old Man's 35 years old Son to ever believe in life in his right state of mind that there is NO GOD ?

Professor Sheikh Calaway is a living, breathing miracle himself. I miss listening to his lectures, I'm actually rewatching some of his best work from the late 90s and early 2000s these days. Sheikh Calaway and Sheikh Hickenbottom are my favorites to listen to.

Sheikh Calaway just brings out the divinity in you, he inspires your soul and provides a purification like no other, I like Hickenbottom to but he isn't as divine; when Sheikh Calway was just 8 years old he spoke to friends of deities and such was his spirituality that he'd maintain the sanctity of his spirit. Hickenbottom on the other hand was once corrupted by Earth's misdemeanour's, alas his soul has been resurrected and I always find myself giving his sermons 5* out of 5 but Sheikh Calway just raises me up, do you understand what I mean? he's one for the people and we are for our beloved Sheikh Calaway

True, didn't mean to compare the two. Sheikh Calaway will always remain unparalleled when it comes to awakening the spiritual energy that dwells within you. Sheikh Hickenbottom, a genius in his own right, is surely the second best, albeit a distant one.

I still respect you and won't judge even though you're a follower of Sheikh Hickenbottom mostly, it's always when people display intolerance for the views of others that wars are inspired and especially when we attempt to define the beliefs and faith of others; this is evident by the feud between Sheikh Hickenbottom and Sheik Bret, till this day their followers are yet to bury the hatchet, why can't they just accept their differences and live in peace? that's one thing I really love about Sheik Muhammad Ismail Calaway; there's always a serenity which rubs off on his followers, this also stems from the fact that even Calaway's most ferocious critics don't have a bad word to say about him as a person, he is so honourable and dignified, I love my Sheikh

Hit the nail on the head bro, the world would be a much more peaceful place if people thought like you. I'm a huge fan of Sheikh Calaway myself but Sheik Hickenbottom always appealed more to me because of his imperfections. He's seen his fair share of dark days. He fell prey to the temptations of degeneracy and depravity. What inspires me the most about him is how he was able to resuscitate his faith and transform himself into one of the greatest Sheikhs we've ever seen. His debates with Sheikh Calaway at the 25th and 26th Annual Spirituality Conference will always remain etched into my mind.

Thank you bro, you're one my all time favourite posters as well. I understand that one can definetly argue that Hickenbottom imperfections from the degeneracy are beautiful in a way, he can relate to the every man in a way no one else is capable of and this can inspire especially when you look at how he was able to resuscitate his faith when all hope was lost; I have also found inspiration from his debate at the 25th and 26th Annual Spirituality Conference; he tuned up the bands of my heart with the sweet chin melody of his voice, I will never forget my friend

Was playing a game of Dota earlier and there was a fed Phantom Assassin on the other team. Phantom Assassin is notoriously reliant on RNG but when it came time for RNGesus to intervene, he did so on my behalf, with PA's crits and evasion not proccing at critical junctures in the game leading to an improbably victory and +28 MMR.

I was saved three times from drowning but not even for one moment I thought of divine intervention (and I was religious during those times).

21 childern under 5 die every minute. Divine intervention is urgently needed to address this, but I suppose not gonna happen as its more focused on important issues, like delivering passports.

When he was planning to attack beghdad, Halako khan was worried about divine intervention by muslims' god, but his senior advisor, who was shia, told him that if God did not intervene in karbala, there is no chance he was going to do it then.
And we know what Halako did.

If Hussain had to be saved that today nobody would have remembered who Hussain RA was.

Shaheed ho k Amarr hogaey.

You Aethiest lot your jeena merna he ye zindagi hai.

Hazrat Imam Hussain RA did not hesitate one bit giving his Life in way of Allah SubaanaTaala.

Definitely He would have been a Wali ullah who had direct relationship with GOD and wanted not to compromise on principles and even give his life for the cause of Islam and meet his LORD forever. We ? We lot don't fear death.

Childish, illogical and utter nonsense.(sorry)
You do not need someone to be tragically killed to be remembered though I agree it adds some dramatic touch (ie sholay, Shakti, story of crucifixion etc.) but in reality you do not need tragic death (ie. prophet of islam, newton, Buddha etc. ) to be remembered.

Anyway, as usual you missed the main points, Halako destroyed Muslim empire and as advisor assured him, Devine intervention did not arrive to help any muslim. (Note: This point was about poor, innocent muslims of beghdad, who could use some Devine help and not about karbala. Infact, advisor mentioned incident of she camel of prophet Saleh, in addition to karbala. But as I said, this is not the point.)

I never mind digs/slurrs aimed at me so don't say Sorry.

Google Prophecies about Hazrat Imam Hussain RA Martyrdom and you will find many Shia Sunni narrations.

You Aethiest lot think Inaam reward is Money, world tour, Audi, Tesla, BMW car etc etc.

We Muslim in every prayer ask Allah to gift us those blessings inaam which HE did on previous Ummah's nations. Read Surah e Fateha.

It is Quran e Majeed which tells us what those Inaam blessings are.

In Surah Nissa Verse 69 Allah tells that whosoever obeys Allah and his Messenger Pbuh than as per the rank of obedience Allah will give them one of the 4 blessings in this World ie :

1. Either make them a Prophet (as promised in Surah Al Araf verse 35)

2. Or they will experience Martyrdom (As Hazrat Imam Hussain RA did)

3. Or they will blessed with higher degree Truthfulness

4. Or they will be blessed with degree Righteousness.

Is is level 3 & 4 which if one achieves than He has direct relationship with Allah and becomes a Waliullah " Saint " with whom Allah communicates.

some good stories with funny conclusions have been posted in this thread.

Good reads.

But dont you guys think that out of all the days you live on earth, you have a moment of good luck?

Like we all have bad luck all the time, but there should be a single small moment of good luck just by coincidence.

I can imagine many people will have same number of bad luck experiences, but they don't term them as Satan intervention, some may reflect upon those as well ;-)

There is randomness of Good and Bad Luck, not everybody gets lucky all the time, nor they get unlucky all the time, law of averages catches up. If you think too much about it one way or the other it effects you choices/thinking and alters the out come, since your thinking is vital input to those situations...To me Luck is randomness of events goes your way, not by some supernatural power but as matter of probability and at time strength of your or colllective input (Luck favor the brave mantra).

I don't see how these good luck experiences can be consdered evidence of divine intervention, it's all in your mind. Things will keep on happening Good or Bad, the worse thing you could is to have too much faith one way or the other, focus should be to prepare better and control the controllable. You are not the only input to this complex system, others are too and many other factors, things can go either way...

One reason people pray or hold on to supernatural God or some high power is this uncertainty in various events we are involved in life, things happen to us or to our dear ones. They assume that somebody controls or can control these events, since they could not even after trying hard. Nobody controls it, is even a more scary thought to the faithful, because they belief in order and hierarchy, like at home, in society where you have laws and chain of command the ensure order. They relate every situation to be eventually handle by some sort of master controller. Lot of times we don't analyze everything, too many possibilities is scary or confusing, punting to supernatural is easy way out, that's what we have been doing for thousands of years...But definition super power or natural means we don't understand it :)

LONGING FOR CONSOLATION:

A DILEMMA FOR DAWKINS

By Zia H. Shah

When a person is afflicted, he cries unto Us; but when We confer upon him a favor from Ourself, he says: This has been given to me on account of my own knowledge. He does not realize that it is a trial: but most of them know not. [Zumar (Chapter 39), Verse 50]

Professor Richard Dawkins in the last chapter of his book, the God Delusion, summarizes the four roles of religion, namely, explanation, exhortation, consolation and inspiration. In this chapter he is trying to refute the consolation and inspiration purpose of religion.

This short essay is meant to be a practical rebuttal of Dawkins’ views pertaining to the consolation needs and longing of humanity. The reality of human psyche is such that it cannot find any real consolation or comfort in blind science or the so called ‘survival of the fittest.’ As Carl Sagan noted, “It does not make any sense to pray to the law of gravity;
“Nor,” as Kenneth Miller adds, “does it make any sense to pray to the second law of thermodynamics, which has never given me a break, and probably never will.”

Dawkins makes several tall claims in his book, including, “If this book works, as I intend, religious readers who open it will be atheist when they put it down.” He seems to think that humans’ realization of their inevitable death and scientific knowledge in general should be enough consolation, but facts on the ground and the daily experiences defy Dawkins’ assertions and hopes as we shall presently see.

Crews went door-to-door Wednesday, February 6, 2008, a day after the super Tuesday, named after the Presidential election primaries, searching debris for more victims of deadly tornadoes that ripped the roofs off shopping malls and
churches, pummeled homes and blew apart warehouses as they tore across five states. At least 55 people were killed throughout the South. Relatives of a baby boy, Kyson Stowell, found him alive after being flung 300 feet by the tornado.

Eleven-month-old Kyson was found face down in a muddy field after being picked up by the tornado that killed his mother and wrecked his home. "He's just a miracle, luck, God watching over him - it's all it can be," said his grandfather
Doug Stowell.
It was the deadliest tornado barrage in two decades, the US news agency Associated Press reported. It tore apart communities in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas. As the rescue workers combed
through the devastated town of Castalian Springs,Tennessee, firefighter David Harmon came across what looked "like a baby doll". "He was laying face down with his arms above his head, he was just laying there motionless, wasn't moving," said David. The baby was lying 300 feet or more from the ruins of his house. His mother, 23-year-old Kerri Stowell, was found dead in the same field. He was taken to the children's hospital at Vanderbilt University, but had only light cuts and bruises. Dr Tom Morgan said, ‘Maybe he landed on something that lessened his blow, maybe he, you know, came down against a bush or something.’ He stuttered, ‘I think it was probably mostly luck, God's grace1

It is not possible for man to not invoke God in circumstances like this. The combination of tragedy and the silver lining in the situation is too much to bear.

There is a common proverb, “There are no atheists in foxholes.”

Others in the community also saw it as divine intervention, a ray of hope amid the destruction visited on them in a few violent hours. The bland facts of science as to what brings about tornadoes may give us some future prevention but offer no consolation for the tragedy at hand.

Yeah I had something similar happen in my swimming lessons, thankfully for me, when everyone was out the the room a guy walked in and was able to use this wooden pole to help me out.

I remember seeing that :)), I think it was when Bhuvi was bowling to Imad/Hafeez and the ball hit the stumps and the bails jumped up and went straight back down into position.

I never mind digs/slurrs aimed at me so don't say Sorry.

I am not asking money or anything.
I stasted the fact that 23 childern die every minute, little divine intervention in this regard would be much appreciated.

Not divine intervention but my friend and I were caught drinking in India and political intervention saved us from getting arrested.

Woah.

Wow, amazing really. Congrats man, so happy for you.
