Faf du Plessis pulls out of IPL 2026 mini-auction to feature in Pakistan Super League

@Rana @Bewal Express @emranabbas @DeadlyVenom @Major @Usman Chadda chaddaji can volunteer the road show in These countries to attract the overseas player's for PSL.

:klopp :kp
Do you want to know something you might find weird.

In list of things I worry about, TV rights of franchise teams and which overseas players they overpay is least of my worries.

They can come or go. That's life.

What Indian think of it is even less of a concern. We want an enjoyable league that we can watch and enjoy.

Unlike Indians like you and @Vikram1989 it not an issue of personal or national pride. In fact I have rarely went out of my way to discuss cricket with Indians, but for some reason they want to come and discuss with me :inti

The window got extended due to auction dates and retention dates being delayed.

Player registration doesnt take place like a govt train job where the likes you line up to fill an application. Player agents are involved in getting players registered.
It is confusing concept for them because in their country their government steps in and select/deselect players for franchises as revenge for some incidents that have nothing to do with them :klopp

Yes , Pakistani are not worrying about anything as they are happy with mediocrity. That is your standard. :klopp :kp

Not good signs for the PSL. The likes of Glenn Maxwell, Ben Stokes and Harry Brook have made themselves unable to the PSL ie they want a break from cricket, want to spend time with their families etc

As @DeadlyVenom said Pakistani are happy and do not worrying about top players not interested about PSL. :klopp :kp

It just doesn't make sense for foreign players.

Money is not good and nothing much to do there.

In IPL the money is way better and Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai have some genuine world class entertainment options. Ahmedabad, Jaipur etc might be slower but still far more fun than Pakistani cities and of course they get to play away games in the metros.
