I would keep Sharjeel away from national team. A poor example of a cricket. Lazy, unfit, nonpassionate, poor in the field. Such presence is only detrimental to the team environment.

Fakhar is a good and honest hardworking cricketer. Gives his full every time in the field even when he fails with the bat. Is pretty low on confidence right now. Needs a mentor alongside like Yasir does.
It's only after wc19 that his form and runs have nosedived.
Need a better coaching team.

Both have similar stats in all 3 formats, but, one has played with better batsmen around him (which makes it easier for him) and the other more often than not had to come in during batting collapses.

You have me convinced. Umar is certainly on par with Morgan.
