Is this the same Raja who can bat as well? They had one lad in their academy who could bowl legspin and bat as well.

Lahore Qalandars won Abu Dhabi T20 Cup 2018 where Farzan Raja was their top bowler.
He has gained good experience of playing cricket in Australia over last 2,3 years.
No Idea why Aqib/Sohail dropped him. For me he should be playing ahead of Maaz Khan whose 1st over usually is all over the place and than he bounces back. (Clearly not enough overs under his belt)
Is Farzan fit ?
If fit he should play last match ahead of Mohammad Faizan medium fast batting all rounder & Maaz Khan the leggie.
