Has anyone here invested or knows anyone who has invested in Fazaia Housing Scheme project in Karachi? Apparently there has been ongoing issues with it and project never got under way. A lot fraud complaints from investors have been registered in social media and officially to the staff.
I personally invested in this project and paid about Rs.28Lacs each for two bungalows and now they are not receiving more payments. Construction is not proceeding and there are no timelines about refunds as well. It seemed a good investment as they have successful projects all over Punjab but this joint venture failed and both parties are blaming each other while investors are stuck in the middle with no where to go.
