Entertaining performance but I still feel that they are more than likely to concede a few goals.

Something seems wrong with the Germans. No effort or urgency. Something clearly wrong.
 
Just knew the Germans had that in them. Cracking free kick.

Last two days have been the best of the World Cup so far in terms of drama.
 
Brazil will beat this German side easily.. My prediction 6-0 #Payback...
 
I have bene following German football since 2002 world cup. I have not seen Germany celebrate a goal as madly as they did today. A group stage encounter but in terms of what this moment meant to this mad football nation the celebration said it all. One of the finest world cup moments in their history and Toni Kroos is a true German hero today. What a goal. What a moment to do it. Absolutely electric scenes.

Germany way better team than Sweden. On another day they would have had 4 goals to their name. They need to sort their defence issues though. Can't leave so many open spaces in counter attack.
 
Somehow Germany managed to squeeze out a result even when everything seemed to be against them.

However at the moment they look like a team who are past their best.

6-0 lol not in their wildest dreams. Despite the odd situations Germany showed glimpses of their genius in the field countless times in both games. This is probably rhe kick needed to be fired up for the challenges ahead.
 
Outstanding game between Germany and Sweden, the best of the tournament so far along with Spain v Portugal for me. Unlucky @ Sweden, they looked dangerous every time on the break but perhaps they should have changed things up and controlled possession a bit more and may have even held the Germans off but you can never count them out and in the second half especially they displayed their world championship spirit
 
Went to watch it in a Biergarten with thousands. Amazing match and atmosphere. Germans still celebrating like they won the world cup with fireworks and honking horns. :ssa

Could never have imagined it aha and it's the Swedes who have been the talk of the town :yk3, rumour has it the organisers ran out of Beer during the Korea game because they drank it all lol had they won or drew this game there would have been hell to pay for if they ran out of drinks again:))
 
I´m in a state of disbelief over what just transpired yesterday! Kroos struck, I shouted "Goal!" and then got lost in a world of my mine. I know it´s Sweden after all, but given the situation, given how we were behind Sweden till the 47th minute and then given how a last-minute goal gave kept us alive in the tournament, it feels exactly as awesome as having already won the tournament. Surely, a group phase exit is the last thing we´re aiming for. No way that that would be acceptable. When Brandt´s hit hit the pole, I thought that was it.... Luckily, we got another chance and just how we took it!

Match of the tournament for me. The tournament is truly well alive and kicking, the last two to three days have been really enjoyable.

As for Germany, the team sadly continues to look a little weak and lacking in confidence. Thomas Müller has been a burden of late and he must be benched. He keeps wasting strong opportunities often handed to him by others. Löw must act smart here and not wait passively for things to happen.
 
Again, what a victory! A great comeback by the team. The second half showed that it isn´t over till you yourself give up.
