First time ever, I want India to win tomorrow's semi-final

As a die hard supporter of Pak team all my life, for a very simple reason, I want India to win tomorrow. it would be once in generation opportunity to watch Pak-India in a final and I don;t want to miss that. I don't care much about T20, so 2007 final was not important, ODI is the real cricket.
 
Rather Bangladesh

Mental block against India and unfortunately our game just won't stack up against them
 
Even I'm glad that Pak won today. Hopefully we can win our match tomorrow to book a place in the finals.
 
Yes, this is good time that I want Pakistan to play India in the Final. We are ready!
 
Come on India. I will be cheering for you not because I like to see India-Pak final or anything. I will support you as you are underdogs for tomorrow.

It's a relief from some desperate jinx threads springing up to shoot India by keeping the gun on BD's shoulder. :))
 
I want a Pak Vs India final.

Pakistan is ready and fired up, they have found their groove their attacking instinct. They know what they are capable of and this is the perfect time to end this losing streak once and for all.

If there is a team who can end this dead lock then its this team under Safraz Ahmed.

Bring it on. we want India in the finals!!
 
I wanted India to beat England in England, but thanks Pakistan for ruining the dream. Now I have to watch a boring repeat of India beating Pakistan yet again in a knockout. :facepalm:
 
I couldn't care less about a Pak-Ind clash.

I want the team, that Pak will win against and lift the trophy.
 
Very similar to T20 WC final in 2007. Everyone thought we would crush that Indian B side without their stars, but the mental block thingy ruined it.

I think Pak will bowl well, but choke in the end under pressure. Then everyone will forget the fact that we reached the finals and bash the players, coaches.

Ya Allah madad I hope I am wrong on sunday.
 
I'd rather India lost to Bangladesh than Pakistan - Pakistan look invincible all of a sudden and will surely win Sunday no matter the opposition....
 
India can defeat Pakistan even in sleep, with half of its team. I hope everyone is mentally prepared otherwise there will be a lot of heart burn.

You can just never count out the pak team. Their record in icc tourmaments is there.

Way ahead of eng and sa for example.
 
Just FYI .. at India South Africa the main chant was

"We hate Pakistan" ...

Just keep that in mind
 
Haha. Lot of chest thumping understandably. Enjoy the moment for now, till India comes back to do some more whooping, come final.
 
If the ultimate goal is to win the CT ..... then we should root for BD ..... plain and simple !!!!!
 
Our players have a serious confidence issue against India. I know they will demolish Bangladesh tomorrow but I am certainly not excited about playing them in the finals.

Take out all your money, sell your house, and bet it all on Pakistan. After all they "will surely win" and you can more than double your money betting on them.

Unfortunately for Pakistani fans this is exactly what will happen, it'll be the same story over and over again.

Pakistan will never be able to remove this mental block and this pressure, its why I choose to be an Indian supporter.
 
I would rather ensure tomorrow that we have a new champion of the champions(trophy) this time.

We might have won some odd match but in ICC tournaments we have been losing to India for long now and this would be the best opportunity to break the sequence. And, want this opportunity to be created first and hope India wins tomorrow.

Pakistan is very unlucky to play India in the final otherwise they could have won the CT for the first time!
 
I never support India just as no Indian supports Pakistan. If an Indian tells you that he supports Pakistan he/she is a liar. :)

when did we ever lose the ICC Knockout game to Pakistan? we have never experienced dude. Only I have been hearing from Pak fans about fixing,etc.,
 
I don't actively want India to win the semi finals.

It would be pretty hilarious if Bangladesh beat them.

But I do want a pak vs ind final and anything else would be just meh.

I also support Pakistan, although I'm not really Indian, but it's my team atm.

Bro some Indians actually support Pakistan as their second team, don't generalize all the fans
 
It is funny how everyone thinks its just mental block, no Indians got the skills to play Pakistani type of bowling where as other teams can't handle it. Thats why India wins not because players get nervous.

Dont generalize it. I wished Pak to win in many matches when not playing India. CT was really eluded for long so here is the great opportunity
 
It would be a wonderful end to the Champions Trophy.

A final between IND-PAK is as good as it gets in ODIs.

Seeing the form of Tamim, Musfiq, Sakib and Mahmudullah even Bangladesh has more chances to win the trophy than us.

India 70% if they in final 95%
Bangladesh 25% in final 70%
Pakistan 5%
Its hard to win for us 4 consecutive matches with some passengers in it.
 
Normally I would be backing Bangladesh, but we need another crack at India in the final. Just a shame it will be in front of an all Indian crowd as they buy up all the tickets before the tournament has even begun.
 
India will still be favorites,as they have a more consistent team performance. pakistan has shown remarkable improvement....but for some strange reason they crack under pressure against india in ICC games as history has shown.

No it's not just a mental block. Of course Indian team has better players. Just like England and South African team did.

What we want to see is the pak players playing to their full strength and not be hindered by anxiety. Give it all. Just like against England. That would be a better fight with a chance if win.

There shall be no regrets on my part. If we lose then we lose, fair game to India.

India are a strong team, no lying about it. I am a bit nervous about the game, no denying it.

Still I don't want us to lift the trophy because we were lucky to avoid a stronger opponent.

We are here to win it. The youngsters have inspired me. They want to prove their worth. I want them to keep their act together, be brave, take it just as a game and fight out to the best of their skills.

The result shall be whatever it be!
