Faced 80 plus balls for his 20, and in the end, looked as edgy as he did facing the first ball.. Im actually surprised he survived that long.

OP loves his "decent" men.
I think we should get all the saints, the Allamah's and charity organization heads of our country into the team.
Bizarre decision to bat first.... these are legit bowl first conditions, and I don’t say that often.
MICHAEL ATHERTON has some sympathy for Pakistan captain Azhar...
"If he had a crystal ball and knew what was coming I’m sure he would have made a different decision at the toss although to be fair the forecast is like this for the rest of the game. When he won the toss and the sky was blue and it was a wonderful sunny day you felt it looked a batting day and then within forty minutes the clouds had rolled in and we had classic England bowling conditions. Muggy and a bit in the pitch."
Is Fawad off the list now too?
Logically speaking- Rizwan, Babar or Shaheen or maybe even Shan Masood should be cap as they are guaranteed starters and probably should stay in the team. Probably any domestic batsman in Pakistan can have the same output as Azhar Ali right now
