Indeed and a poor fielder ,poor domestic record , definitely got through the back door.Abdul Samad is of no use
So essentially one BBL failure is bullying aother BBL failure.. or one BBL failure is bowling trash deliberately to another BBL failure?Babar Azam smashed 6,4,6,1,4 against Shaheen Shah Afridi in a scenario based practice match.
Mitchell Marsh's Presser:
Question: Mitch, everyone knows Babar Azam is a superstar of Pakistan, but his Big Bash season wasn’t good. Do you think Babar will be a challenge for Australia here in Pakistan, given it’s his home conditions? And also, who do you think will be the semifinalist teams other than Australia?
Mitchell Marsh: I’ve always got in trouble for answering that question, so I’ll just say hopefully Australia and leave it at that. As you said, Babar has been a world-class player for a long time. We have great respect for him, and we know that in these conditions he’s still one of the best players in the world. We look forward to that challenge.
Question: Which Pakistani player do you think is dangerous for Australia?
Mitchell Marsh: I don’t think I should name just one or two players. We know they’ve got some amazing cricketers—obviously Babar and Shaheen—but in these conditions it’s going to be a really good challenge, and that’s one we’re looking forward to.
What do you want me to say now?
Marsh defended that one with a straight bat.Mitchell Marsh's Presser:
