Assuming these are the Pakistani bowlers:
Amir, Junaid, Hasan, Shadab, Rumman, Imad, Hafeez

Which of these bowlers are Indian batsmen afraid of and in which order?

I would assume the first three have the wherewithal to trouble the Indian batsmen.

Amir must have scarred Kohli for life tbh.

Imagine, you spend a 1000 hrs at the gym, training hard, drinking imported water from France, hiring the best trainers spending a ton of money, spending even more time at the nets, being the golden boy of the nation with an army of millions ready to defend him online at even the slightest criticism of his, millions of $$ worth of endorsements, money, fame what not. . . .and when it came to the stage when it finally was time to put up or shut up . you embarrassingly choke like a tailender not once but TWICE in a space of two balls to the opposition strike bowler, someone who the nation hoped and prayed for you to counter and conquer! All the training, money, fame resulting to nought. What an absolute mugging.

Bhai, you don't know the level of unnecessary hype that this guy gets in the country. I remember when he scored his 4th Test double hundred (as if all were scored overseas against ATG attacks), a section of the fan base had even proclaimed him to be better than Bradman. It's nauseating.

In that regard, with great hype and fame . . comes great criticism and this guy deserves every bit of it. The "ATG" averages barely 49 in Test cricket after playing 50 odd matches with an away average of 44. Even someone like Quinton De Kock who also keeps wickets absolutely craps on these numbers. In ODIs too, the hype train just doesn't stop, even after witnessing what he did in the two biggest ODI matches of his life - the CWC Semi and the CT Final. It's not that you can't be excused for a failure or two even on the big stage.. but just look at the manner in which this guy failed when the heat was on - 1(13) and 5(9) [ choked twice in two balls]. That's embarrassing.

49 is a very good Test Average

Yes but most of his test runs are soft. Mostly scored in dead rubbers or when others scored too. He goes missing when the going gets tough.
Pujara is the guy who scored match winning and series winning innings but somehow not in good books of Kohli and Indians in general. I guess it has to do with sub continental obsession with anything 'overseas'. Proactive_ how is Pujara rated in India?

He is an almost non figure in the mainstream cricket media and fans TBH, but that is to be understood due to the sheer dominance of One day's and T20s in the contemporary Indian cricket scene. Only hardcore test enthusiasts know and recognise the level of proper Test match talent that he possesses, but the need of him to improve his overseas stats is recognised as well, the runs that he has scored during crisis situations on multiple occasions are well praised. For the majority of Indian cricket fans, hell even guys like Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya are much more accomplished cricketing figures in the country. It's distressing really, but the truth.

Sad because he is someone with supreme ability and already won important matches for India.
Unfortunately his career might be in danger as he is not in good books of captain Virat Kohli while likes of Sharma will thrive.

Hasan Ali shines when both Amir and Junaid have build the platform. So I will place Amir and Junaid as more dangerous than Hasan.

Amir has to be right at the top. They were so nervous playing him in the final.

Hasan Ali

Others do not matter.

Amir is the only bowler breaking Indian top order when on song (getting Rohit/Kohli/Dhawan cheaply and quickly). The rest might snare one among them, but not in bunches like Amir is capable of.

Amir will always trouble Rohit who is lazy and plants his front foot forward. A slight bit of inward movement and Rohit is toast.
Kohli though can play Amir better is also susceptible against seam movement. If Kohli survives a couple of overs of Amir, he will surely score big.
Dhawan is another who is prone to nicking off to slips.

Hasan Ali can be economical, but not in the same league as Amir.

Juniad is nothing. He will be a bit more dangerous if there is assitance to pacers and can have his moments. But overall, I don't think fans will be worried if Junaid has the ball. Same with Wahab and other bowlers.

Indian's need to learn to not collapse at the top when Amir is bowling. If they can do that, India will be in a winning position more often than not.

To me, a simple solution to counter Amir is, play left handers at the top. Amir is lethal against right handers with the new ball. So have Dhawan and another left hander at the top. Play cautiously for 5 overs and cash in when the ball loses its shine.
