1) What are the good habits you are proud of?

2) What are the habits you are still working on to improve?


My answer

1) Never throwing garbage on the street. I always look for dustbin, if I can't find it, I wait till get home then throw in the garbage bin. I recycle as much as I can before throwing to garbage.

2) Want to improve my diet and physical strength.

I always tend to be patient even on a bad day. Have managed to totally avoid sugar for a year now that has made me feel much more energetic. Don't suffer from any mood swings at all.

Bad thing is that I am far less career oriented compared to before. Have lost my love for shopping and buying the latest gadgets as well. I am far less materialistic now as compared to before that can be perceived as a negative. Sometimes I don't feel like doing anything at all:shhh
 
Haha man what timing with this thread, today was actually making a list of things I wanted to get on point.

Number 1 for me, by far, is my sleep schedule.

I actually had it on point for about 3-4 months. I'd go to bed around 9:30-10:30 wake up at 5 and be at work by 6. I got sick and then Ramzaan started and since then I've let my sleep schedule go back to what it once was; staying up till 3-4, then sleeping till 12 in the afternoon... Working to get it right again. But I know I can do it having fixed it before.

I'm proud of the fact that I can find humor in the smaller things in life. See the lighter side of things. It's something I've been working on in the past 2 years or so back when I was a bit more passive aggressive, but I don't take much seriously anymore. I think it is this way because I've let go of the idea of trying to prove something or live up to other people's expectations, even if it's family.
