Very sad news. Just last month on Palm Sunday there were 2 blasts by IS targeting Coptic Christians, one of them in Alexandria, HQ of the Coptic papacy. 35+ people(numbers rising every passing hour) dead, even more than Manchester. This deserves as much outrage and condolences. RIP to all the deceased. Strength to the great country of Egypt and praying that they root out this evil from their lands.

Every month we hear some major attack on Coptic Christians.

Looks like Some Egyptians are scared of their Christian brothers.

RIP

R.I.P. What is strongman SISI doing to stop this? ISIS is getting stronger in Sinai, so are other armed groups all over Egypt and Egyptian economy is going down the drain. The only reason American aid wasn't stopped after the coup was for Egypt's stability. If he can't provide security even after receiving the aid he should give up.

feel sorry for Copts they are being destroyed in their own homeland. The ISIS cancer shows no sign of abating

General Sisi might want to spend less time locking up journalists and focus on protecting his countrymen.

The tragic irony is many Copts welcomed Sisi's coup thinking he'd be an improvement on Morsi, but Copts remain second class citizens.

There have been countless examples of Copts being target of vigilantes who rarely get prosecuted. Church construction and repairs are highly restricted by the state. Whether people like it or not, even in this age of Trump - Muslim minorities are treated far better in non-Muslim countries than non-Muslim minorities in most Muslim countries.

Should Copts get their own country? They are more than 10% of the population.

Instead of getting blown up every week, better demand a country hope for a better life.

To many groups now killing each other. Many sub groups now as well formed from ISIS. The whole thing s a complete mess. It is easy to blame ISIS for everything like it was the Taliban some years back. These violent terrorists can't differentiate between anything.
