To be fair he doesn't always bowl at the same pace. There was a match in England he took out entire middle order with such bowling. Guys like livingstone.

Pakistani batsmen have known him for the last 8 years and still wonder how they fail to read him every time. I remember in one of the matches he took all his wickets with short pitched bouncers. He always produces magical deliveries against Pakistan.

A gun player like him adds more balance to the team. He contributes in more than one way, if he fails with the ball, he can make up for it with his batting.

It does not help when you play across the line. The issue is also shot selection. It seems the only way out is to whack is across the line. On the wicket of yesterday, that is asking for trouble.

why does one need an analyst lol ? They tv commentators actually don't watch or follow cricket that much than the viewers.

It is from my own observance... been an avid watcher of the game for decades. These things, you just pick up from watching the game closely...just basic stuff.
of course he has other deliveries, but his go to delivery has been short pitched that has troubled Pak batsmen
