India (155/2) cruise to a convincing 8-wicket win over New Zealand (153/9), sealing the series with two matches still to play

Abhishek is batting well, but New Zealand bowlers are bowling awful. Can't even understand their plans. It's like they gave up.

They don't have much to defend. Their batting letting them down
 
I am worried about this “mystery spinner”from Pakistan with a strange action. Unless the batting line up collapses against such bowlers, no one can stop us except maybe someone from Australia who will come out of syllabus as always.

Only way to stop this Indian batting line up is, someone having a freak spell and taking a bunch of wickets. Otherwise 180-200 scores will be achieved in autopilot mode.just bring Jaiswal for Samson and it can become even more lethal.

It’s T20. Surprises can happen any day. I won’t rule out England surprising India.

NZ will be in Pakistan's Super 8 group. We have crushed their confidence and made them look like village cricketers .

PAK won't have much travelling to do and they should be able to beat this mentally broken NZ side and qualify for the semis.

The Kiwi bowling has been murdered , this is strong message to other teams , for India to lose they will have to bat poorly otherwise they looking destructive

This is such a brutal game T20 and you don't have much time between games to get over. Confidence denting loss for NZ

Haha even pakistan wasn't thrashed like this in asia cup new zealand got minnow treatment pakistan was well in the game in final but harris tappiya changed the game by giving 50 plus runs in final.

Pakistan will be always competitive in SL type pitches. If the pitch is like this one in Guwahati, then with Babar opening Pakistan doesn't have much chance.

Pakistan is having huge advantage of playing at one venue.... this is disadvantage for other teams

Pakistan is not defeating India.

Only one of SENA can and that too if they have a very good day.

I know Pakistanis like to point out to the AC final when they "almost" beat India but I'd say it's the opposite.

1. India was not playing Hardik who is basically two players as well as Gill messing up the batting order.
2. It wasn't particularly close once Samson-Tilak had their partnership. Rinku and Axar were still left.
3. Pakistan had dream starts in both batting and bowling but still lost. This shows they can have perfect starts but India is so good that they cannot sustain. Even on their best day Pakistan was not able to defeat India. This is like how minnows sometimes get close but are not able to cross the line.

Those slowish pitches kinda suit Pakistan. More importantly, India was trying the 'Gill' experiment, there was no Hardik there and Surya was terribly out of form.

There is something calle Pre-Gill, Post-Gill. Both are fearless period for india. During-Gill India played phattu cricket.

Give same place,same stadium ,same pitch for Pakistan …still they won’t win against SENA and INDIA .they are a talentless side ,who are good enough to beat minnows …no need to worry about present pakistan side
 
IMO give rest to Abhishek, Ishan, and bumrah on 15th February and play reserve players instead of them

Abhishek also etched his name into the record books by registering the second-fastest T20I half-century by an Indian. Although Sanju Samson was dismissed for a golden duck, Abhishek and Ishan Kishan (28 off 13) ensured India maintained a blistering pace from the very first over.

Earlier, India’s bowlers laid the foundation for the win. Jasprit Bumrah led the attack with three wickets, restricting New Zealand to 153/9 in their 20 overs. Ravi Bishnoi impressed on his return to T20Is after nearly a year, claiming two wickets, while Hardik Pandya also took two and pulled off a sensational catch in the opening over.

The comprehensive victory sealed a dominant 3–0 series win for India, with two matches still remaining.

I have always rated Ishan, what a supreme talent. India is lucky to have three gun batsmen in Jaiswal, Ishan and Abhishek. Very talented. Also overall i must reiterate that you have to give credit for such a merit based selection where Gambhir went above his ego and dropped Gill. A stark contrast to our izzat based selection where holy cow babar still keeps on getting selected. India is favorite for this worldcup but i hope we beat them as our team bar Babar is pretty capable as well.

After Shaheen spell , India posted a competitive total. The highest total in India-Pakistan World T20 history is only 160. But Rizbar made the target look extremely easy.
