A blogger made an interesting observation where they mentioned that the Peshawar Zalmi owner in the last 2 years hasn't really been coming to the Stadium to support the Peshawar Zalmi team like he used in the past. Heck you don't even see him give interviews or attend PCB meetings in person anymore.

Has he lost interest in the PSL? Will he renew Peshawar Zalmi's rights after 2025?

with such selection of the players this time it very much looks like he is no longer interested or does not want to spend more budget on picking proper players same like Karachi Kings... So yeah, we can expect that sort of result from them.

People in general have started to lose interest in this league so it's not a surprise that he wasn't spotted at any games this year.

It's been 9 years of PSL. Should have built new stadiums, hotels and city centres so the top players would come and play. There has been no progression so no surprise.

I think he is upset the PCB has not made any attempt to bring international cricket back to Peshawar. Ramiz as PCB Chairman rubbed him the wrong way by stating that international players were not comfortable playing in Peshawar.

If PZ starts playing in the Arbab Niaz Stadium, you can expect him to come there and bask in the glory.

Who cares if he is upset?

People are not missing him. People are missing Fawad Rana sab, he was the heartbeat of PSL

True, he was a more loving person. What actually happened to him? Why don't we see him with the Qalandars anymore?

I have lost interest in this league, as have many others.

It needs charm like CPL or BBL. Rn it feels like National t20 Cup in Pakistan with handful of western players

He sold his share of the Qalandars team to his brother Atif Rana. Atif and Sameen Rana are now responsible for the franchise now.

BBL charm only serves it so much. For a league that has been in existence for a good 15 plus years, has all the foreign players available, does not have the security expenses of the PSL, PSL still has a better tv rights deal.

this is the first season I watched and to be fair it is a pretty rubbish league why would anyone be interested.
its really about few Pakistani star players bullying low quality players and the foreign players are of low quality
