Has the team management erred in assigning batting roles?

I’m a big fan of Malik, but his recent form has been very concerning. I’m not sure if the team management has done the right thing by giving him the crucial number 6 position. We saw Hafeez bat at that position in the CT final as well as in the New Zealand series and he performed extremely well. Hafeez should bat at number 6, with Malik (if he is needed at all in the xi) to bat at 4.

Imad is in good form. But he is the one solving our number 7 crisis, so we have to leave him at that spot.

I agree, Malik should not be part of the playing 11. It should be Haris and Hafeez with Hafeez playing at the number 6 spot.

Malik's form is not only bad but his stats in England are atrocious as well. Hafeez takes preference over Malik easily.

The team will commit own goal if they play both in the same line up and drop Haris tho.

Yes, Malik has no business in the team let alone at 6.

Haris should be at 4, and Hafeez should swallow his ego and bat at 6.
