Having a different coach for ODI and Tests

If we can have different captains why not a different coach? I really like Mickey but he is struggling big time in the longer format. From selection errors to tactics we are all over the place.

Our ODI team has improved however no doubt about it.

Mickey needs to learn from his mistakes in this series. He deserves time to turn things around as it was always going to be a tough transition post-MisYou.

We've seen him turn around the ODI team and blood young talent so no reason why he can't do it with the Test team.
