How can we unearth young talents if PSL teams are all going to play 'experienced' players?

I was hoping to see 3-4 new promising players from PSL2. But when I see the playing squad along with emerging its really disappointing. Teams consist of Misbah, Shafiq, Azhar, Zulfi, Yasir, Anwar Ali, Sami, Bhatti, Hafeez, Irfan, Ajmal, Asif Ali, Gul, Afridi.... who have no future in our upcoming T20 or ODI teams. Sad to see Hasan Ali after playing for Pakistan Xi still in emerging category and Usman Qadir who has no prospect fall in this category as well.

How can we find new players if there is very limited number of players and most of them don't get selected?
PCB themselves have to blame for no talent hue and cry. Your thought please!

You don't unearth talent from T20 leagues. Infact, if there is a huge pay disparity between PSL and domestic circuit, then Pakistani cricket will suffer more.

I meant we can atleast get rid of 8 out of those 15 players and drafted promising young players for future prospect.

Primary motive for T20 leagues is to make money. The emerging player thing and foreign player cap are the limitations imposed to incentivize domestic players else it has every right to go full bonkers the Football leagues like EPL and don't give a damn about local sport at all.

Useless league with over the hill player. I have not seen a single A class international player. Misbah, hafeez, wahab, ajmal, these guys do not have a place in national team who will watch them here? Not a single young talent has been given a proper chance all we see sifaarshis from national team and B class and retired players from world over. Disapointing.

this is the biggest issue i have with PSL, thank god for the emerging player rule otherwise it would be even worse.

We really need a 6th team to help rectify this.

Due to our culture many spare spots in teams are reserved for older 'senior' players who frankly speaking have no future at the expense of better Domestic player like Hammad Azam or Kamran Ghulam

PSL was not set up to unearth talent. Its there to make money.
