Post your feelings when you smelled victory and what were celebrations when you finally won. I'll tell mine. I'm from a village in Indian kashmir and don't know why this time we were sure that pakistan is going to win it. we had already bought crackers for celebration . Can't explain the atmosphere when pak won.. there were crackers all around and all young guys were shouting jeeve jeeve pakistan.. please share yours.

i have celebrated by feeling happy and satisfied and not tensed

and watching countrymen bashing indians for their high headed ness

I went for a celebratory sheesha with friends.

Besides that there was a lot of chants and celebrations here in the UK till early morning #sehri. It was really like Eid * 10 atmosphere wise!

Had a good chocolate fudge sundae although I am on a strict diet :) almost missed aftari because of the presentation
Cant stop seeing the recorded highlights

It was crazy around Birmingham UK, however there were problems in Leicester where a pre-planned Indian victory celebration Party went 'slightly wrong' and there was a very tense stand-off between around 150 jubilant Pakistan fans and 300 gutted Indian fans coming out of local Pubs.

Watched the game at a friends house with a mix of Indian and Pakistani friends. When Pakistan batted one of my Indian friends remarked that he wished India batted first so that at least he could see the full Indian batting. Also said the game will finish 2 hours before and we shall be able to make Tarawi prayers. He was right and we went for Tarawi prayer after the game. Enjoyed a good iftar. Game ended just under an hour after iftar here in Dubai.

Celebrated by going straight to bradford! Great horton road was blocked off with wild pakistanis. Proud to say i was one of them

Celebrated here in Lahore by going out on a drive with friends saw plenty of people just doing bhangra in the middle of the streets.

Haha in my area and other areas around England people blocked off the roads ans streets standing on top of cars not letting anyone go past hijacking everything, shows how much one victory means to us compared to them winning many times!

Aren't you gonna be jailed or punished for celebrating Pakistan's victory?

Well, I celebrated by having Beef Briyani for Iftar. Yes, no Beef ban here.
Didn't go out but I heard there was a celebrating here in Calgary. I wish I was in Toronto yesterday, celebration was huge there.

I Went to Southall and it was rocking - amazing night.

Kudos to the local Sikhs - they showed a lot of class. One was even running with a Pak flag that Made me and my friends chuckle.

Umm watched Indian news channels for reactions, then rolled around the floor in hysterics. Ahhhh what a laugh it was.

HUNDREDS of Indians, tried to fight about 40 odd Pakistanis in Leicester and failed miserably. Why do they even try?! 😂😂

That's a shame. It's just a cricket match end of the day.

Indians would not even wisper against Pakistan in Manchester :)

They wouldn't try anywhere unless they outnumbered 10:1. I've never met a tough Indian in the UK. Do they even exist?? Pakistanis on the other hand, have held their own throughout the decades here just saying, of course (violence is never the answer).

Whereabouts in Leicester was this bro? I know the place very well.

There weren't 150 Pakistanis. More like 40/50. Facing hundreds of Indians and embarrassing them in the process... Leicester is an Indian area, in terms of the minorities. Pakistanis totally disdain Indians, don't take them seriously at all.

I was over the moon and i danced in bhangra style when kohli got out only to step over the foot of my mother and got scold.

Had a chocolate fudge cake and pizza for dinner, and then slept after since I woke up at 5 am for pre match stuff.

here in montreal their was nothing happen, no one really celebrating which was sad, i did lots of prayers and thanked Allah for the win, watche ary news and clips on youtube of celebrations, post match comments, indian media, and fan reactions, and when it was time too break my fast had a cake and some take out with the family, nothing special but regardless a very good feeling.

Even though my passion for the game has dwindled during last three years, I am yet to imbibe the overwhelming euphoria. Can't help but thinking about it again and again.

Celebrated with one friend from Indian occupied Kashmir. Apparently had an inviation from an indian colleague to watch the match together but saw the message a bit too late unfortunately

Went to Ilford Lane last night and boy was it was kicking. Dhol players, roads blocked and cars with Pakistan flags. Richly deserved as come on, thrashing India in an ICC final in England?. Doesn't get much better.

Still trying to believe that it happened.
Did shukar Allah ka and went on with life.

Infact I may have prayed more for victory than celebrating it after, lol.

I watched the match with some pals and cousins supporting Pak like crazy! Was delighted when Kohli put us in on a flat track knowing that we can bat without pressure. Afterwards we went out to celebrate even more painting the town green!!

I got in my car

Blocked the roads
and did the horn

Just smiled, didn't expect us to even make it out of the group stage, great win for Pakistan cricket.
I did straight away go and close my room window because I knew the horns were going to start
No idea how people have the effort while fasting

Was doing Iftaar and was in tears knowing the fact that we have nailed it <3
Celebrated in office with my peers by cutting 2 huge cakes.

Bro I'm still celebrating... I wore white shirt and green pants to work today just to rub it into the Indians. After the match, around 20 off my friends got together and went for a big fancy iftaar/dinner for celebration.

Here in Mississauga, everyone went crazy, especially because there are a lot of Pakistanis in my area. People started dancing, hugging and going to resteraunts for iftaar to celebrate it was surreal.

With a cold one (unsweetened root beer - of course!!)

Haha that's so true. I live in Manchester and over here there are more pakistanis than indians. Rusholme was lit last night.

Yer, I went for a bit before hitting a sheesha place for a quicky before sehri. There was a buzz!

There were very subdued celebrations here in Montreal. People wearing Pakistan jersey and honking their cars with Pakistan flags. Toronto was where it went down.

Finally got to taunt my Indian friends by singing "mauka mauka". This one Indian close friend had a depressed face the whole day :))) anyways, I celebrated by buying the Mosque kids donuts (as I promised) where I go to pray and by playing some gully kiritet with them.

Didn't get a chance. :(

Wanted to catch the scenes in Southall but moody biwi came home from work and said she was feeling her fast... killed the vibe - was tempted to head out on my own to soak it all up, alas I sat at home bouncing off the walls whilst biwi was in a strop.

Rewatched the highlights and switched between the Pak channels to see the reactions and jubilation.

Funny seeing Indians breaking TVs and burning effigies :yk

I drove to Park Ex and cote vertu area after the match did not see anything, the only thing i saw was one guy with a pakistan flag walking with his friend, but i also figured maybe becuase it was ramadan, and also because i went straight right after the match too

I celebrated with my Girl Friend by going to Manchester to Eat and then enjoy the time coming back.
