How do tail-enders manage to face pace bowling?

If its really that hard to see express fast bowling for complete batsmen, how do tailenders end up hitting sixes along with some brutal cameos as well?

Majority of the time there is less pressure on tail enders when they are batting as no one expects them to get runs.

Batting is easier than bowling, tail enders who don't even know how to hold a bat is pathetic, some don't even have a proper front foot defence

Nowadays even tailenders practice a lot with the bat in the nets.Very rarely will you see a tailender who is completely incapable with the bat in hand.
