How do we get rid of dead-weights like Imad Wasim and Imam-ul-Haq?

Their performances are nothing to talk about really. Our team selection has been atrocious, Captain playing seniors and buddies like Hafeez, Malik, Azhar and Asad.

No idea on what basis Imad is selected while Imam is there as well all know due to nepotism.

Shan Masood should have really played in this game.

To be fair to the OP its an ideal wicket for Pakistan not much help for the pacers a bit for the spinners playing normal cricket would yield runs here.
Long term Imam isn't a great option at the top of the order and Imad doesn't bowl well enough to be a shoe in as an all rounder.

Hahahaha After one innings imam has become a favourite of everyone. Totally ignoring his strike rate is in 70s excluding Zimbabwe series while other top openers around the world have 90+ strike rate. Unbelievable.

Without Fakhar, who covers up imams slow strike rate, he will look extremely poor.

You need to be patient with players. Imam and Imad are two of the toughest emotionally in the Pakistan team. They are clutch, have good game awareness and can win Pakistan pressure matches.
