It is Saif Hasan version 2 i shall say. A totally different player. His previous outing was a faded one: courtesy -some lackluster and ordinary performances and he was duely dropped from the team for a while .

Then he worked on his game so hard, started to perform very well in the domestic List A and T20 tournaments including BPL and attracted the attention of the selectors again and brought back into the team.

And this is Saif Hasan version 2 with wider range of good looking elegant stroke play, confidence, temperament and ability to perform against bigger opponents like India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Afghanistan in big stage Asia cup.

After comeback,he scored 308 runs in 9 innings of T20s with 3 fifties with @ SR of 140 plus with 2 not outs.

How do you rate him? Will he be able to perform consistently?

Is that the guy who hit sixes against India? Yea.. he is a worthy investment for Bangaldesh. THey need 2 or 3 more similar guys.

Very good prospect for Bangladesh. Has the potential to be as great as Shakib for your team.

His wicket was the key in the virtual SF between Pakistan and BD.

I like what I see very much. aggressive minded batsman. Wants to dominate the bowling. Has a cool head on him. Long may it continue, need him to take BD forward, definitely I see a captain material for future, speaks well too.

I was really dejected when he got out against Pakistan at a crucial time. Infact, he has become the most important wicket for the opposition team in a very short time!

Yeah, had he stayed on and if Litton Das was not injured, you guys would have won easily.

To me, Saif > Litton.

Litton is all about soft runs. He can't finish the game. Saif is a finisher or at least sets the team up for a win.

Add to that, Saif can bowl some handy part-time spin.

I think Saif should play all 3 formats.

He improved a lot.

Easily the best batter in BD side currently. Best technique also.
Lets see how he handles the pressure now.
Opposition bowlers will now search for his weaknesses and strength.
So now it's going to be tougher for him. He needs to keep working hard.

I think his one weakness is extreme pace.

For example, he was struggling against Haris Rauf's pace. Rauf also got his wicket.

He seems pretty good against spinners and medium pacers.
