So I've been trying to start drinking coffee mainly for weight loss as it burns fats in the body quicker

I started having coffee for breakfast without any sugar, then next day added those sweeteners with zero calorie because I couldn't bare the bitterness anymore. The thing is after my cup of coffee, I started feeling weak after 4-5 hours and by dawn I felt really tired like I've been working all day and needed to go to bed

I know it was because of the coffee because when I having it, the tiredness and weakness went away

Anyone here have had similar experience ? What's the best way to start coffee diet ?

I have never heard of this coffee diet. Are u drinking only coffee for breakfast or is it accompanied with anything else?

With coffee make sure u drink plenty of water especially if you are not used to it. You should not feel weak tho after 4-5 hours of having coffee. It must be something else.

Do NOT get a coffee addiction. I repeat DO NOT GET A COFFEE ADDICTION.

I never used to have coffee, but ever since I started working I used to have trouble waking up so I started having one cup of coffee in the morning. This turned into full on addiction. Now if I don't have coffee in the morning I feel groggy and lazy. I also get severe migraines if I do not have a coffee an hour or so after waking up and those migraines do no go away unless I have extra strength aspirins or sleep (which is not an option). So essentially as soon as I wake up the timer starts for a ticking migraine bomb. Even on the weekends I have to fix up a coffee for myself right after waking unless I want migraines all day. I used to take three sugars in the coffee initially but the last 2 years have steadily brought that down to zero. So that is a plus.

Seems like you had jitters, happens when you have a caffinee overdose.

Considering your body is new to coffee it couldn't handle all that caffine, you will be fine and your body will get use to it after a few days of drinking coffee

Direct weight loss effects of coffee are pretty minimal and almost negligible. The indirect effect of coffee is appetite suppressing so you may lose weight in the sense that the coffee is helping you eat less food.

Coffee crashes are pretty normal, usually people will have another coffee in the late afternoon to counter this issue.

thanks for this, addiction is the last thing I wanted. I was actually afraid of this but didn't know one cup of coffee was enough to start the addiction

I drink coffee for 2 reasons?:
-To stay awake, especially before driving
- As it has a laxative effect

One thing you dont want to do is get addicted like everyone has said.

Coffee is good for you but make sure you restrict your self to cups or under a day. You don't want to get so reliant on it that you can't function without it which is what happened to me.
