How to crack Big 4 entry test and Interview?

I'm currently preparing for IT auditing and Cyber security and just want to be a part of Big 4, So how should i approach for entry test and what i have to do for interview.

P.S if anyone I know holds a very high place in PCW and KPMG how useful it can be ? will it influence my induction ?

As far as I remember the entry test was a simple psychometric test, so apart from doing couple sample tests there is not much you can do about it. Question, are you applying in UK? and at what grade?
