How would modern day Pakistani players have coped under Imran Khan?

Listening to the memories of the 1992 World Cup and Imran's leadership it begs the question how would modern day Pakistani 'superstar's like Umar Akmal etc have coped under the leadership of Imran Khan?

no chance for akmal if he had played under imran, he was very strict and demanding...

Umar Akmal would be 25 lbs lighter and in my opinion, IK would have turned him into a world class batsman.

He would have thrown many Shadabs Khans into the deep ( international cricket ) to see whether they would swim. He did not believe in letting the young talent mature in domestic cricket, if some one had exceptional talent, he would try him at international level. None of Waqar, Wasim, Aaqib , Inzi and many others had great domestic stats.

Umar would be put on a water-only diet to cure him of his delusions regarding his genetics.

Shehzad would be forced to prioritise his batting technique over his selfie-taking technique.

Certified TTFs, bottlers and proven minnow bashers in the mould of Hafeez, Zulfiqar Babar, etc. would not be blessed with a free run in the team on the basis of their highly valued "seniority and experience".

Because Khan didn't play until he was 43. He was an ironman and fitness focused, something that the current team is not.
Age is but a number, what matters is what you do lower the age of your body through exercise and good eating.
